    Khan is the new manager at Infiniti of Glendale and he took care of our recent lease return and new purchase personally. It was an easy, no stress experience... along with Jason, our sales guy and his assistant Alladin (AKA Allen). I was put off by the previous experience we had here in 2015 but the new team has earned my trust. They even gave us WIFI and several complimentary oil changes for the new car. Keep up the good work!

    I don't recommend this dealership to anybody. I leased a car in November of 2016 for $498 including taxes and fees until now I'm paying $585.... I pay $87 extra each month. At first they told me they would take the money out of the payments of the last couple of months. Now, they refuse to refund the money.

    The service manager (Steve Chen) and advisor were very efficient and well-informed. Steve walked with me around my car to inspect anything that needed... to be addressed and was very thorough.

    The service was great. They didn't take that long. The employees were all helpful and friendly. They check up every 30 minutes to see if we needed anything... new and let me know how long left till my car is ready.

    Prompt, informative, patient and friendly service. Consistently excellent over the past 20 years and counting. Used to offer loaner cars free with few... restrictions. Not anymore. Sigh.
