Terrible customer service after they've made their sale. No call backs no follow-ups. Shady finance manager (Raul) and overall just shady sales team.... The owner is no better. Reached out to Ali (listed as owner), rec'd no response, just like his team.
Today I had bad experience with them, few months ago I took a car from them and this is my 6th infinite I always took from Glendale infiniti. they gave... me complimentary oil change, when I try to made an appointment for the service they told me it's now on the new ownership and they can not do it for free, okay I mad an appointment anyway . When I got there so I meet the service man his name was Banjamin he told me it's going to be $50 but regular oil not the Synthetic oil. I told him when I took an appointment they told me it's $50 Synthetic, now you are saying it's $89 plus I had complimentary but because it's on the new ownership you can not do it and now I have to pay $89? he told me ok we will to it for you for $50 Synthetic oil this time . and your car will be ready within 2 hours. then 5 hours passed I called them if the car is ready, someone took a massage so they will check and call me back, flew minutes later he called me that your car is ready. I went took the car and saw the papers they putted regular oil. so he and also sales man was lie to me. it's my last time I will take car from Glendale infiniti.
Randy did a wonderful job. The car is great and I love it. I would and will recommend him and Glendale Infiniti to my friends.

poor customer service has stuff everywhere not ready to be open. service people want to just tell you to buy this and that. very pushy, only nice when... you buy what they want you to buy.
Khan is the new manager at Infiniti of Glendale and he took care of our recent lease return and new purchase personally. It was an easy, no stress experience... along with Jason, our sales guy and his assistant Alladin (AKA Allen). I was put off by the previous experience we had here in 2015 but the new team has earned my trust. They even gave us WIFI and several complimentary oil changes for the new car. Keep up the good work!
I don't recommend this dealership to anybody. I leased a car in November of 2016 for $498 including taxes and fees until now I'm paying $585. I pay $87... extra each month. At first they told me they would take the money out of the payments of the last couple of months. Now, they refuse to refund the money.
Customer service no good I have 3 months waiting for rain burst of $100 nobody cares I came 5 times nobody cares nobody give me solution
Glendale Infiniti had the best service from all the infiniti dealerships I have been to. Everything was simple and my car was taken good care of.
The service manager (Steve Chen) and advisor were very efficient and well-informed. Steve walked with me around my car to inspect anything that needed... to be addressed and was very thorough.
The service was great. They didn't take that long. The employees were all helpful and friendly. They check up every 30 minutes to see if we needed anything... new and let me know how long left till my car is ready.
