Never again

Leith Acura Cary sales team called me several times about a SUV that I was interested in. I was very hesitant already, but they literally Called me EVERY DAY until they were finally able to convince me. I drove an hour and 30mins just for them to waste my time in 5mins. Their offer amount for my trade in was way below market value I’m talking thousands below the MINIMUM of KBB value, when I asked them why, I was then told because my vehicle smelled like smoke. My SUV has leather seats so I’m sure it wasn’t an issue that couldn’t be fixed for the price they claimed they deducted from it. I wouldn’t recommend any woman or first time buyers that are by them selves to trust doing business with these people .They’ll have you driving off their lot with so much negative equity with out the first care in the world. Or maybe they DIDNT want my business , idk 🤷🏾‍♀️. The whole atmosphere of that place gave me so many bad vibes that I didn’t even get a chance to open the bottle of water that was offered me. I never felt at an unease at a dealership like I felt in that place. NEVER AGAIN !!!!

Service on my 2004 Acura TL

Michael was an excellent and informative customer service employee. The recommendations made sense to me and he never pressured me into making a decision which I find is rare in the car industry. A shining employee to say the least.

Exceptional service

As always it was a wonderful experience visiting Leith for addressing my car issues. The alignment and balancing made the ride feel smooth. The transmission job improved the ride, no more jerkiness so far. The tech who drove with me was very friendly and patient. Above all , Mike you make all the difference in advising me right from scheduling, explaining how the work will be performed. Thank you so much.

Great experience!

Derek was great! The whole negotiation/signing process lasted less than 2 hours and was super smooth. I told Derek how much i wanted to spend in total and he came back with literally the exact price with trade-in. Stu was also very fast with the DMV/legal papers process. I have definitely recommended Leith Acura to friends.

Went for regular oil change. They always do complementary multi point inspection and go over the report. Very satisfied with the service and recommend to see Michael L there.

PERFECTION

Perfection. There is no other way to describe it, I made the appointment and they took my RDX in immediately. After the work was complete, I paid for the service and left. It only took a few minutes and everything was perfect.
