We has a great experience and got a good deal. The vehicle was in excellent condition. Brought the vehicle to a 3rd party mechanic and the mechanic looked it over and agreed. Jason was also great to work worth!

Great sales team and staff.

Great sales team and staff. I felt very welcomed when I arrived. Buying a car at Terrebonne Ford Lincoln is very seamless. They took care of me from I parked at the lot and until I drove off the lot with my new used car. I could not be happier shopping here.

I was not able to keep my first appointment; had no

I was not able to keep my first appointment; had no issues rescheduling. Due to weather conditions, arrived much too early for my rescheduled appointment. The staff was extremely understanding, serviced my car, discussed, not only what they did during this visit, but discussed upcoming service. I sincerely appreciate the professionalism, service and consideration provided by the Terrebonne Ford Lincoln Service Department.

I have been a customer with Terrebonne Lincoln for over

I have been a customer with Terrebonne Lincoln for over 25 years. In fact, I now feel like part of the family. When I walk in, I am greeted warmly by the staff. I am a completely satisfied customer and plan to continue my association with them. We have dealt with James Relan since he was in Sales and still go through him for all of our requests. When I walk through the door, I feel like I am home.

My service advisor, Ms.

My service advisor, Ms. Helena Fontenot, provided me with explanations and suggestions to additional changes to my original service order of an oil change and a current inspection sticker. This was my second consecutive opportunity to work with her.

Amanda was very helpful.

Amanda was very helpful. I was promised a ride home but it never came. I stayed at the dealer ship from 7:20 until 9;45 Service on my car was excellent. Amanda kept me informed as to what was going on. Very helpful.

My 2010 Ford F-150 killed on me late one evening after

My 2010 Ford F-150 killed on me late one evening after hours. I tried to jump the battery which appeared dead. I was unsuccessful. It was in a safe place, so I waited until the following morning and had it towed to my local Ford Dealership, Terrebonne Ford. They were able to get the battery started but discovered that the issue was the alternator had gone out and needed to be replaced, along with the battery. Since my truck is an older model, the alternator needed to be ordered. After they received the new part, they completed the necessary repairs that day. I love my truck, and I am impressed that I went over 15 years without having to replace the alternator!!!
