I appreciate that Hendricks made the effort to invite me

I appreciate that Hendricks made the effort to invite me to learn more about our new Subaru Outback. Joseph Rossman was explained so much that I didn't know about our new car, even though this is our 3rd Outback. Joseph Rossman was totally knowledgeable and was a delight. It was a great experience

I had an excellent experience with my Salesman Chris

I had an excellent experience with my Salesman Chris Lowery who was super helpful with my purchase and a PLEASURE to work with! Joe Rossman with delivery explained all the bells and whistles on my car and put me at ease. Tim the Manager was a fun and easy guy to work with, the whole crew was EXCELLENT! Highly recommend Hendrick Subaru, look forward to going back for service!

Both my wife and I said that this was in our many years

Both my wife and I said that this was in our many years of life around the world and buying automobiles both used new and least that this was the best experience we've ever had. And since we are now old whenever we need a car and we're in the area we will come back.. Will Priest, Shadi and Joseph the Man gave a world-class performance. You should have him do videos for people and certain questions about their car. He would be great... We have already filled out a review for Subaru and we gave you folks at Durham atop review too .... Stan and Karen Hustad

This is the second Subaru that I have purchased from Hendrick Subaru. I really appreciated all of the support and advice from my salesperson (Tashur) and the extra guidance from the encore representative Joseph Rossman about the features of my new crosstrek. My wife and I have been customers of your excellent service department since 2012. Keep up the great work.

The combination of Alexander Cash and Joe Rossman made

The combination of Alexander Cash and Joe Rossman made for a great car buying experience. Alex was super understanding of my personal situation and extremely patient in navigating my requirements. It was a lot of discussion and we were able to collectively reach a deal I was happy with. Every question was received with the respect and consideration it deserved. Coming back to spend almost an hour with Joe sealed the experience. We identified one item that needed to be corrected on the tires and it was done before I left. Joe did a great job explaining all the nuances of the hybrid and even though this is my 4th Forester, I learned a lot! From my entry into the sales area, to Chris in finance, I never felt uncomfortable with my questions or my choices. The staff at Hendrick Subaru are awesome. They made the significant investment of my time and my purchase a positive experience.
