Needed a new touchscreen, Cadillac supplied the part for free under goodwill program. I drive 1 hour to have my Escalade serviced, they knew my travel situation, completed the repair in 45 minutes, plus gave me a substantial discount on the labor! 4 Escalades later, they still have the best customer service ever! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I wasn’t given a loaner as promised. Kept truck for 2 1/2...

I wasn’t given a loaner as promised. Kept truck for 2 1/2 days. Drove 40 miles but only reported 10 on the invoice. One issue was not fixed. I won’t be returning for any additional repairs.
