I am appalled at the way the service department literally extorted money from me by failing my vehicle during a NC inspection by saying I had to have $2000.00 worth of front end work done ! I have questioned several certified inspection stations and was informed that the work performed on my truck had no bearing on a NC vehicle safety inspection! Those dealership scammed and lied to me for profit. I purchase my truck from Charles Boyd Chevrolet and had all services done by this dealership. For my loyalty I was rewarded by lies. Charles Boyd should be ashamed of the business he runs.
