Charles Boyd dealership is the # 1 Dealer in Henderson,

Charles Boyd dealership is the # 1 Dealer in Henderson, NC as far as I am concerned. I I have bought 1 2010 Silverado Truck and 1 2011 SRX Cadillac from this dealer and I have never been disappointed. I have referred several friends and family members to buy their cards from Boyd’s also. I love the Salesman that I always use. I have my car Serviced there for oil Changes, Tires Rotation and I purchase my Tires from them too.

I left Raleigh, after being treated like a chump at

I left Raleigh, after being treated like a chump at Thompson Cadillac, and traveled the 50 miles or so to Charles Boyd. There I was treated totally different. I was met at door by a salesperson, then directed to the person I spoke with on phone. I knew what I wanted, spent 5 mo. researching, Charles Boyd had a new Blackwing with MY name on it. We came to an agreement and I drove that car home. They drove my car to my address the next day, and are mailing my tags today. I want to thank all of the helpful and friendly staff, Diane, and especially Mr Boyd who took the time to come by and say hello. Their money man was razor sharp and I really think he had my best interest in mind. He made me feel that way that day and that is what counts to the customer. I will never ever step on Thompson Cadillac's lot again. The salesman was a kid with no knowledge of the Blackwing. The sales manager tried to manage me like he did his salesman. They probably sale more GMC's. My point is Thompson Cadillac is less that 5mi from my home. Charles Boyd is 50mi away and I'd drive again, and again rather than go to Thompson Cadillac on Wake Forest Rd here in Raleigh. Call it like you want; for my money I'll drive the speed limit down route 1, frustrating all the Sheriffs and Highway patrolmen who sit in the middle of the medians and make my way to Charles Boyd in Henderson. That's a dealership!!

Excellent service and staff.

Excellent service and staff. I made an appointment for an oil change and for an intermittent warning light on my dash. Service department was not able to duplicate the warning light, they let me know and only charged me for the oil change. Very understanding and helpful.
