I got an oil change but after it was completed they said...
I got an oil change but after it was completed they said I would need three filters but told me after the fact. I wish they would have said something before they completed the oil change since I'm going to Jersey soon. And they didn't put the sticker in the windshield to show the next oil change. But this is a good place to buy and get serviced. Had my car for three years, bought it used but never had any problems.

THEY DO PRETTY GOOD WORK, BUT WHEN YOU CALL THEM WITH THEIR NEW PHONE SYSTEM THEY DON'T CALL YOU BACK, THERE SHOULD BE A WAY TO SPEAK WITH SOMEONE, I HAVE CALLED THEM WITH 2 DIFFERENT ISSUES AND NO CALL BACK, AFTER WE HAD SPENT 9000.00 WITH THEM ON AN ENGINE YOU WOULD THINK THEY WOULD PUT ON NEW RADIATOR HOSES, THAT CAME OFF AFTER 200 MILES

They were very kind and professional...since I couldn't...
They were very kind and professional...since I couldn't drive my car away due to a blown head gasket, and I was in transit, stranded many miles from home and destination, I just signed the title and let them have the car..since the tires only had 200 miles on them...and the windshield was put in 3 days prior hoping that maybe some good could come out of a bad situation..

I had my Tahoe serviced recently at Boyd Chevrolet and I was pleased as usual. The staff is friendly and professional. I also had a small repair done to my door handle. The shop staff are also friendly and professional. They got the job done in a timely manner. The waiting area is comfortable but a bit chilly. All in all it's a great place to do business.
