In the past I have been very pleased with their service,...

In the past I have been very pleased with their service, but this visit wasn't up to par. First of all relatively simple issues took 4 hours to complete - an oil change, wiper replacement, new battery, and air conditioning charged. Next, because of an earlier visit I asked that they made sure they reset the tire sensors (they were not reset earlier and when I had a leaking tire, the sensors indicated the wrong tire). I was told they were already reset, then just before I left they came running in to get my key fob so they could reset them so I assume they were not going to reset them again. Next, when we had the battery changed, my husband specially asked for the old battery because he could use it on the farm. They did not give it to us. They also did not reset the electrical items in the car such as the date, time, etc. A dealer should do that as even a auto supply will do that and put the car back as it was. Just sloppy work and attitude toward the job we thought. The cost was very high too and were for charged for items (like installing the battery) that other places do free.

Courteous , efficient, and friendly quickly diagnose the problem and corrected it . Made me aware of a few things that will need to do in the near future. . Corrected my tire pressure with out me asking .

The car I wanted was over market but I worked with two different sales representatives and both of them went above and beyond to try to secure the deal I could afford. In the end we were to get the deal closed. I would buy from them again.
