I would like to say there are 2 people that kept my business in this dealership. John Cash and Tim Hays need to be recognized for their excellent customer service. John has gone above and beyond to keep my mother in law and I happy and coming back to the dealership. Tim has always made sure the 2 of us were happy and taken care of. These guys need to be recognized for their services.

I have a 2003 Chevrolet Malibu and Charles Boyd Chevrolet Of Henderson, N. C. is the only place I use for repairs. The service staff is nice and I am pleased with all repairs that were done at Charles Boyd Chevrolet Of Henderson N. N.

My check engine light on my car kept coming on in my car...

My check engine light on my car kept coming on in my car and every time I brought it to the dealership they manually kept turning it off. Then as soon as my warranty went out on my car a few days later they decided to tell my that my motor went out when all along that was the problem. Then now that there is no warranty anymore on my car they want to tell me it cost $4700.

The staff were all extremely courteous, hospitable and professional. They found the most cost effective way to solve the problem rather than just charging me for unnecessary new parts just because they can. I appreciate their stellar customer service because there are so many dealerships that don't make the extra effort to empathize with the customer.
