The service manager Tony was very friendly and helpful....

The service manager Tony was very friendly and helpful. Less than a week, we had a new transmission replaced considering we did not purchase from that dealership. Tony made all phone calls with warranty and took care of the recalls. Couldn’t have asked for better service.

I paid to have the problem with my car diagnosed. They...

I paid to have the problem with my car diagnosed. They could not figure it out. I was told I’d have to pay more. I asked to have the codes reset once noted. They refused. Overall, I do not believe that I received the value for my dollar, and not valued as a customer. Lastly, this may seem somewhat petty, but I think it would have been nice to have the car pulled into the service bay when ready. It was raining. Other dealers I’ve dealt with over the years had this policy. May I suggest that your company add this? Just a thought.

Satisfactory I feel it use to be better but not so much right now Not all re why my tires were not rotated Tires yes are new but I expected it still to be done. Or someone could have asked me . I realized it when I actually read the paper Still think the young lady at desk is great!
