I have been looking for a lower mileage large v8 SUV for...

I have been looking for a lower mileage large v8 SUV for some time, but finding a vehicle under 100K miles, under $20K, that is not torn up is tough. Charles Boyd's lot in Henderson had one, and from the description, it seemed to fit my needs. While I really didn't need the Denali or the 6.2 ltr v8, and I really did not have the time to spend all day at a dealer's lot trying to convince them to sell me a vehicle, I knew the market had limited options so I set out to learn more. Originally, I requested info from CB and Diane called me to see if she could help. From the word "hello," Diane was pleasant, helpful, and focused on finding what I needed. While I wish the sales staff would have offered to fix the back-up camera as part of the overall deal, I do believe the price was fair (even with the camera needing attention) and the process was efficient. Of note, even the two other customers waiting to drive the Yukon, and Diane's other buyers being in the showroom did not interfere with Diane's focus on serving my needs. In the end, the Yukon runs great, looks amazing for 10 ten years old, and the kids like the DVD player. During my visit, I also got to meet Mr. Boyd. No, it wasn't the typical "let me bless you with my presence" kind of interaction that follows a buyer's intent to purchase. You know the ones, where the head cheese only comes out because you're moments from spending your money with them. Nope. This interaction was off the cuff, and more personal. Mr. Boyd and I met in the staff break room over lunch, and we chatted more about my business and what I do than about the vehicle or my purchase. He seemed genuinely interested in me and my family. Thanks, Mr. Boyid. If you are in the market for a vehicle, I would recommend that you give CB the opportunity to earn your business if they have what you need. More importantly, call ahead and ask for Diane Asher. She will make sure your needs are her focus.

Came across several workers who were very antisocial. I wasn’t even acknowledged or spoken to while I awaited service. One service member came to his work station and looked right pass me. Maybe he was having a bad day but you can never change a first impression. However; Christy was awesome and was very supportive.

I will most definitely choose a different Cheverolet dealership to do business with in the future. For the most part; my experience with other Cheverolet dealerships have been awesome but it was entirely different the way this particular dealership came across. It was a very unwelcoming experience. Hopefully they will do better in the future.
