charles boyd had a vehicle on lot that looked like something i wanted even though almost 2 hrs away. steve back and forthed with me numerous times and by the time i went to look at it he worked out almost every detail including getting rid of my lease. he made it worth the 3 1/2 hrs. travel time. wish they were closer to me for the next time i look for a vehicle
