Have been dealing with Boyd's for many years. Appreciate the way Jim in service dept lets me know what needs to be done to my car. Diane was a pleasure to work with.

Steven is a great Salesman, he made us feel comfortable...

Steven is a great Salesman, he made us feel comfortable from start to finish. We bought a Buick Enclave and his knowledge of this car probably saved us many months of fumbling with all the features. He took the time to show us how to work everything, and has promised to tell us again when we forget! He made the buying process as easy as I've ever experienced, and I would recommend Steven to anyone looking to buy a car here!

Had my 2014 Duramax in for def fault. Second time this...

Had my 2014 Duramax in for def fault. Second time this year at this dealership. I have 3rd party lifetime warranty. I felt they could have pushed the warranty provided a little more to cover some of the costs. Overall very good experience with courteous personnel. Think the issue is resolved. Mechanic was very helpful in explaining issues.

I drive from Durham just to receive the best service from Tony Crabtree and crew. Always respectful, polite and dependable. Hands down the best dealership I have ever purchased from and the service department has a lot to do with that.
