Steven is a great Salesman, he made us feel comfortable from start to finish. We bought a Buick Enclave and his knowledge of this car probably saved us many months of fumbling with all the features. Had my 2014 Duramax in for def fault. Second time this year at this dealership. I have 3rd party lifetime warranty. I felt they could have pushed the warranty provided a little more to cover some of the costs. Overall very good experience with courteous personnel. Think the issue is resolved. Mechanic was very helpful in explaining issues.
