I do not purchase many vehicles simply because I do not...

I do not purchase many vehicles simply because I do not want to deal with the dealer. Charle Boyd Chevrolet may have changed this. I found my vehicle on Facebook the night before and within 24 I had the vehicle at home with all fees, insurance and VA plates ordered. I was in the office a total of 25 minutes and out the door.

I purchased a Captiva which proved to be a rolling...

I purchased a Captiva which proved to be a rolling problem for 19 months. I pleaded for resolution after resolution. Then I asked to trade and was told I owed too much money to trade for a Chevrolet. I traded for a new Frontier the same day using the same bank.

Very satisfied with the repair of instrument cluster....

Very satisfied with the repair of instrument cluster. Cost of labor I feel was very high for a job that probably took an hour or less, $250. In fact I had taken taken the cluster out myself and replaced it! Also a $25 charge for miscellaneous? Not happy. To whom do I need to discuss this issue with?

My wife and i was very impressed with the way we was treated. Charles Hilliard was our salesman. He did everything to make us as comfortable as possible during the process. We are extremely happy with the vehicle we purchased. Thanks again Charles Hilliard and especially Charles Boyd.

Very simplified and quick experience. We have never been in and out of a dealership that quick when purchasing a vehicle. The staff was friendly, courteous, and very helpful. Steven was great and very knowledgeable. Would recommend them to anyone looking for a new vehicle.
