I was very disappointed. I made an appointment in advance again to get my oil changed and tires rotated. Yet again I was there for hours. People who came after me were done before I was. I even arrived 30 minutes early. This only happens at the Henderson NC location. I never had issues in Oxford or Creedmoor.

Totally Satisfactory!
Recently I asked Russell Boyd, Sales Mgr., to be on the look for my wife a good used car within 3-4 years old as she had plans to give her 2015 CRV to our oldest granddaughter turning 16 soon. On Monday of this week, Russell calls me to see if we were home as he wanted to come by and show us something. Within 10 minutes, he shows up with a gorgeous looking 2017 Buick Enclave. Soon my wife was driving us around on a test drive. Due to all the right factors about the car and Russell's way of doing business, my wife was the proud owner of the vehicle by late afternoon the same day. We have dealt with Charles Boyd's dealership for years; i.e. buying cars and maintaining them. Everything and every time has been TOTALLY SATISFACTORY!

Horrible experience. Went in for an oil change and was...
Horrible experience. Went in for an oil change and was told I had a leak. From there my car overheated, 5min after leaving parking lot was told to bring back in 2 days. Brought back same day and they said “I hit a deer or something to cause the radiator to crack” but none of these was there before the oil change. This has caused me all type of money and had to take to a body shop because they say they couldn’t do it. I’m am HIGHLY dissatisfied

Only issue was forgotten tag; the tag was sent as overnight delivery but did not come for three days. Otherwise the sales experience wa good.

I called the dealership around 8:30 to see if they could squeeze me in for truck inspection.The young lady said certainly if I could drop and leave it for a few hrs they could get it done by mid afternoon noon.They call me around 2:00 p.m and said it was done.Their promise time was spot on.The whole service team is outstanding.Very professional and kind.Job well done.Thank you
