The best service in town/ went in for oil change found out one tire needed replaced/ purchase all four with no hassle/ and save me

Communication about my car maintenance needs were not...

Communication about my car maintenance needs were not clear. When I came in I was told my rotors needed to be shaved. I spent about $300 for this repair. About two weeks later I felt the same vibration that I felt when I took my car in the first time, meaning the problem was not fixed. I called to make them aware and bought my car back in shortly after the phone call (a week or two). When I bought my car back to Cadillac they charged me $600 because they said I needed new rotors. The only thing the manager took of was a little over a hundred dollars. I was not satisfied with the results! Cadillac GOT OVER!
