BEWARE!

BEWARE!!!!! We bought a 2023 Toyota Sienna from them in November. First of all they delivered us the wrong van so all the original paperwork we signed was for a different vehicle. This was not discovered until weeks later. They REFUSED to send us Tags although that was promised to be delivered to us within 30 days. I'm sure this is a Huge cover up to hide the mess up. We called so many times and we're assured they would find out what's going on and call us right back which never happened. I would expect this from some small town side of the road used car dealership, but never from an actual Toyota Dealership... you would think you could trust them ...lessoned learned. This is still unresolved. Dealing with them after they get your money is an ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE. Worst customer service ever!

Great Experience!

Kaleb ,Ass't Service Mgr. is awesome. He's courteous, with a pleasant attitude. Phillip,Mechanic explained what is going on with the car. He also was very pleasant. I had expected to remain at the dealership until repairs were completed. I sat for 5 minutes and was approached by Christine,Concierge. She was so pleasant and efficient . She offered a loaner car to me. I was so happy. This experience was great Thank you!!

Best Customer Service Around!

Michael Brinager was knowledgeable about his Toyotas. He really knows his inventory. Great service. Great Price. They treat you right. 10th Toyota in my household. 5th from Michael. I love them.

After 1 hr drive waste of time

After a week of deciding to go to Flow Toyota in Statesville, NC to look a used 2018 Honda Civic SI coupe. I let them know that I was coming. After getting with Joe the sales manager he got with someone to test drive car. Once it came around it was dirty BUT I can see the keyed marks on passenger side (deep) and the gauze in rear bumper cover. They said it was reconditioned and was NOT. VERY disappointed in them and they wasted of time driving up to them on this car. I left and didn’t test drive just on what they said they did.

Excellent Customer Service

My salesman was Don Hauser. Don was very knowledgeable, about the Toyota product. I received friendly, and courteous service from start to finish. I would certainly recommend Don Hauser at Flow Toyota to family and friends.
