Thrilled Old Girl

Tge service that was provided to me and my family was amazing. Coming from Shreveport late in the evening, Key, Bo, Fred and the manager made my buying experience better than a used lot in Shreveport(Car Depot). It was a hundred times better. I will recommend Patterson's Dealership in Marshall everytime and all the time.

good, prompt service

My key fob kept sticking in my ignition of my 2012 Ram truck. I took it to the service department of Patterson in Marshall after being told by a Dodge store in Shreveport that it would be 2 weeks before they could get to it and then it would be a 3 day job. Patterson did the work in same day I took it to them. They were prompt and courteous. A job well done was worth the drive from Shpt. to Marshall. Thank you Kerri Ferrier (ser. mgr.) and Rick Haynes ( ser. advisor).
