The whole process from beginning to end was fast. Jordan made the whole process smoothly and gave excellent recommendations on which tires i need and answered any questions i had.

Efficient courteous. Great Very kind and knowledgeable and efficient. Helpful and courteous. Solved my problem quickly and got me back on the road.

Fernando was very helpful durning my visit to the maintenance department, and he also kept me updated.

Jobe Rice was an amazing advisor- he was very good. Not as happy with the actual work. Went in for an oil change that cost $167 and quoted $2k for “needed” work- then maintenance light for oil change never even cleared. We’ve been going to Findlay Toyota for years and know they are great- just a little disappointed with this service.

They were super busy yesterday and I got off work and went over there without an appointment and they got me in and took care of me. The only thing was when I picked the truck up my low air tire light was on which she wasn’t when I first showed up so that was the only thing I was kind of disappointed in is they just gave me my truck back without even trying to look at it. and they were the ones who caused it when rotating my tires. But other than that, everything great. Jobe took care of me. He did a great job.
