Xavier was amazing, I was in the middle of a time crunch and he made it happen. He was very communicative kept me in the loop the entire time. I realized that it was possible I would not get my car on time, but I was never too concerned because Xavier kept me in the loop. I have been going to Toyota since I bought this RAV4. I have seen numerous service managers, Xavier is the first person I've ever asked for his card. I will follow up with him moving forward.

My third visit with Ethan as my service writer. He's always friendly, helpful, and informative. He goes above and beyond. He got my cell phone back in sync to my car after my service was complete. Ethan is a great representative for Findlay Toyota.
