I found it very inviting to sit and watch TV as I waited for my vehicle. And don't forget the nice cold bottled water that is of course complementary.

Service rep kept us waiting 2 hours, vehicle was ready before, had to go up and ask. Vehicle paperwork and key was there, no representative there.
