It took 4 times for them to fix something on the car, after telling them its a safety hazard everytime it broke down

Kyle is excellent. Very friendly and knowledgeable. I took my truck in for a simple servicing and system had been changed, for some unknown reason, by your service department! I drove back to the service department and whoever I talked all but accused me of lying as to my settings. I was sent to the other side of the dealership and they couldn’t fix. I went back to the service department and Kyle came out. He had been to lunch during my hour trying to get it fixed. Kyle fixed to what I had before whoever changed in your service department. Kyle was most apologetic and made it right. I just wish he had been there instead of me wasting an hour of my time to correct a problem that was caused by someone in your service department!

Eric was fantastic and I’m glad that he was service advisor. He was very knowledgeable, kind, and professional. He made my first service visit memorable and easy.
