Dan Langley puts the experience in Experience Manager.

Dan Langley puts the experience in Experience Manager. Enjoyed my Lexus for a long time and when it came for something new I immediately fell in love with a Porsche listed at Towbin. I put in a request for info online and was contacted quickly via text by Dan (appreciated text via the random call that always happens while you’re busy.) After learning this would be my first performance sports car purchase, he made it clear he was willing to be a resource for me - even if I didn’t end up buying from him. Very kind but also brilliant long-game move. ;) Dan had the car ready and waiting when I got there and was patient through my looooong test drive and all the questions I had. This was a big purchase for me and I’ll admit I am pretty critical and a bit distrustful of car sales people so I’m probably not the easiest customer. Dan didn’t take anything personally and, dare I say, was perhaps even empathetic. The lack of a DME (rev) report was a big sticking point for me since over revs on a manual Porsche can equal trouble down the road. Knowing this report can only be completed with special equipment, Dan took it down to Trophy Performance, a trusted Porsche specialist, and had the report completed for me the next day which I really appreciated. This car was probably the most inexpensive one on the lot but I never felt rushed; Dan was patient, professional and willing to share his knowledge and experience with me from start to finish, even helping me get my bluetooth synced up after the purchase was made and helping with aftermarket questions. He also kindly gifted me a nice Ferrari book before I drove off (I had shared how much of a sports car aficionado my dad is) and put my 16 year old step daughter and I behind the wheel of some pretty fancy cars just for fun as we waited to wrap up the sale. I came in with my own financing, but Troy helped us wrap up paperwork and was very personable as well, chatting through the tediousness that can come with all those final signatures. All in all- what I’m saying here is - just ask for Dan. He’s great at what he does but also seems like decent human being which does count for something when you’re making a big purchase.

Out-of-State Used Vehicle Purchase Experience

I don't live in Nevada and discovered a used vehicle listing by Towbin Ferrari. David Jin did a great job answering our questions over email, text, and phone and accommodated a test drive by a friend of ours who lives in Las Vegas. He was very patient and gave us plenty of room to make a decision. The purchase process was quite seamless with Maricar, and David coordinated with the vehicle transportation company to ensure it was loaded on their trailer and communicated status with me throughout the process. Buying a used vehicle out of state could be a stressful process, but that was never the case due to the outstanding service David provided throughout.

Horror oil leak Rolls Royce Dont complain buy new!

Complete nonsense as the RR was leaking oil and a very rude “manager” says buy new if you can afford so what do you want. Well i buy new and not there.

Amazing Buying Experience from Towbin Motorcars

I bought a 2021 MB AMG GT63 from Towbin. David Jin was my Sales Consultant. I have purchased many cars from dealerships before, but the level of service David provided from the first call to when the vehicle was delivered to my house was incredible and first-class. I felt I was in great hands dealing with David and Towbin, even though I was 1700 miles away. Everything I asked from David, he either had an answer or was able to make it happen. He went above and beyond by going to the dealer on his day off to make sure all the paperwork was done and communicated with me every step of the way. I highly recommend Towbin and David Jin to anyone looking to buy a new or used car. You will not be disappointed.

Great service from John, Jeff, and David Jin

I purchased an barely used 911 from this dealership. One phone call and 5 mins, we had a deal. The transaction was super smooth and easy. Towbin has definitely ran a car dealership for a very long time and I’ve ordered a few more cars from them since!

Excellent experience buying a new car

Purchased new Mazerati Grecale from David Jin at Towbin and it was the best experience I was treated like family. The entire experience from ordering the car to picking it up was an absolute pleasure. David was honest And helpful, he made sure throughout the process that I was happy and well taken care of. I highly recommend David and Towbin.
