Jeff Harkness made sure our service was efficient and prompt. Stewart handled everything very well. This was for our maintenance service. The next day our fuel pump and throttle body quit! Everyone at Vista helped us. We had a beautiful loaner waiting, help unloading car, and Vista water. thank you Paul, Jeff, and Stewart. A disaster became a pleasure because of your consideration.

Exceptional Service and Personal.

I brought my Ford Escape Hybrid in for an oil change and a recall notice, that I had received. The service was performed perfectly and Kelly even called me back twice to advise me when my car would be done. I picked up the car and it had been washed and looked much better than when I dropped it off. I was very impressed by the service I received and by all involved with it. I also like the new service bay setup and the ride home in a nice new Lincoln!

Customer service oriented service department.

From my service rep, Ken Nazarian to the shuttle drivers, everyone is very professional & courteous. Ken is very helpful & always accommodating.

Fast and efficient

My wife's MKS had a dead battery after 4 years. She was leaving for the airport that morning. Vista Lincoln's service writer, Kelly Eubanks got me in immediately and I was gone in 30 minutes. Made it to the airport on time. Thank you very much for the extra effort. Vista service and sales show why they are the only winner of Ford's Presidents award. Great job.

First Class service

I always receive first class treatment when I bring my vehicle in for service. All of the service writers are friendly, knowledgable and helpful with the service your vehicle requires. Vista Lincoln Ford is my first choice for all my automobile needs.

Very Good Service

Car was serviced. Did not receive call when completed, and 3 of the presets on the audio were different than in the morning when I dropped the car off. Otherwise, everything was very good.

Best Service dept.!

Oil change for my Mustang. I made an appt and everything ran on time and my service manager kept me up to date as always. Everyone is always helpful at Vista Ford in the Service dept.

Good service

2014 Explore Great service was arranged and provided by Jeff Harkines and his team without any hustle. Replaced two flat tires and beat competition prices and on top applyed discount.

Service

2015 MKC. Staff helpful, loaner was great. Returned back with yellow spots all over car, possible bird droppings or pollen? I cleaned car when I returned home.

My 2015 Blue Escape

Ford Escape, Read all about Staff and Service I want to state that the dealership is under construction and that is we know it will be great My previous car was a Ford Edge which I also got through Vista, I remember waiting a very long time to get to the paperwork together and the salesperson was unable to should me the" bells and whistles" of the car. Now my son recommended Dave Lindig and he was wonderful. Dave was terrific, he addressed any questions I had. He went out of his way to get the color I wanted and almost all the paperwork was ready for signatures when we arrived. I am very satisfied with both Dave and Vista Ford.
