This is the best dealership in the world.All of the employees were so kind and so joyful.Connor was the best salesman ever he even bought me a Audi cup and some keychains.I would definitely buy from Audi Dallas again because of Connor he explained everything on the car perfectly.He knew so much about the car.So I would 100% buy from Audi Dallas again.

I would not have purchased another Audi if Jaramy had not

I would not have purchased another Audi if Jaramy had not presented me with options I had not considered. Got a 6 year newer model, more tricked out with a longer warranty and for $25k less than the Lexus option I was pursuing.

For the short story readers: smiling faces, eagerness to

For the short story readers: smiling faces, eagerness to help upon walking in the door, and being the #1 Audi volume dealer in TX does NOT equate to superior customer service. My take away from my personal audi dallas experience is that people will help you as long as it is beneficial for them. My longer story/experience: POSITIVE: My salesman was persistent in locating a new audi to be shipped & contacted me frequently etc. until an agreement was made. They were able to maintain a negotiated deal as I was a transplant from another dealership. NEGATIVES: I specifically said in advance that I wanted to use my own financing which was "not a problem." Upon arrival, I felt almost strong armed to apply for theirs, while waiting over an hour, only to be informed that their rates were not better than mine (which they already knew in advance). FAST FORWARD. After the deal was made, my salesman Epi Garcia was not as available as before. I was the 1 who made multiple calls or texts prior to receiving a response on the arrival of my vehicle and to verify pick up. A few days later, I brought my Audi to an Audi service dept. (closer in proximity to me than dallas) to assess a phone charging doc issue as my phone was not charging. There, we noticed a few imbedded scratches on my side mirror and the underbelly of it that does not automatically stand out at 1st glance. The service guy himself said this could have easily happened in transport due to the location of it and the appearance of the scrapes. I concurred. (I had only driven my new car home from the dealership upon pick-up, and drove it the day I had my phone doc assessed. I immediately phoned Audi Dallas and spoke to MICHAEL BAKOLIAS (one of the sales managers), explained the situation, asked if he wanted me to send pictures etc. He re-assured me saying, "just bring your car in tomorrow when your salesman is here and WE WILL TAKE CARE OF IT for you." That's what I did, but I was not taken care of. When I received push back, I asked for the pictures and documents that Epi (my sales guy) claimed they had when my car arrived at the dealership and was inspected. I was told by Epi that all of management were (conveniently) in meetings and he would ensure someone would call me. He instead took me to the service dept. basically for a price quote. No one from management ever phoned me. 3 days later, since I still had the service manager's card, (Ramsey Guillory), I asked if he could have someone follow up with me. Mike (MICHAEL BAKOLIAS) called me & informed me that he had no pictures/documents to produce to confirm that these scratches were there before, only that they were not b/c he happened to be there when my car was delivered.. He also had the audacity to tell me that I "received a huge discount on my vehicle purchase including coupons etc." so basically I should be willing to pay for it or pay something on it. I was appalled by this statement! He was to review some info & call me back. I have yet to receive that call almost a week later. I would have let this go if they had the proof that they never were able to produce. This was a $100-150 problem. They could have easily resolved/rectified this for exuding customer service satisfaction at the end of the day; especially since the totality of my experience was not seamless. MIKE made it 100x worse. The only other positive in this is for me is that RAMSEY GUILLORY (service manager) actually took a couple of minutes to "actively listen" to the situation, acknowledge it, and ensure he would have someone phone me to address it accordingly. That matters to me, but this was not in his hands to resolve.

My experience this maintenance was above & beyond any

My experience this maintenance was above & beyond any other visit. I work nights & typically come in after my shift (mornings). Although there were several cars ahead, Tim attended & addressed my needs professionally & promptly! I really appreciate this level of customer service and would highly recommend Audi Dallas!
