Very accomadating. Car was ready in good time. While I didn't need a ridge when dropping off the car I did need one to pick it up. The service representative... helped me solve a minor problem in my other Mercedes.

Pressure of tires not adjusted properly after rotation. No technician available to fix problem at pickup time. I had to make an extra stop at a tire... dealer to adjust tire inflation.
The dealership under the previous owner Beshoff was way superior- both in service and sales. You felt welcomed. But after Autonation bought this dealership,... both the quality of service and sales support have gone down significantly. The staff is very indifferent towards the customers and does not care.
Joseph was very responsive to our questions. He immediately asked my wife and me who would be the primary driver of the car that we were shopping for.... Our answer was Gale, my wife. He then turned his attention to making her feel comfortable and attended to. We think that we got a pretty good deal financially, including the price of the car, our trade in value and the cost of the warranty.
