I went in to get my Service A completed for my GLC. The service advisor Don was great! My only complaint was the chat service. I made my appointment... through the chat service and also requested a quote for the Service A. The chat representative quoted me $260 but when I asked the person over the counter, it was over $300. The representative at the register informed me the chat representative should not be quoting the fees for services as they are not an employee of the dealership. Hopefully, they get this taken care of soon because that can be misleading.
This place was like walking into a Walmart or Macys. Nothing special and customer service was not present. The advisor went over the details and when I... was getting up I was not even offered a handshake and it felt awkward. I had booked this appointment weeks in advanve and requested a loaner. There was none available and I had to rent a car from enterprise and that took time. From waking in and leaving with the rental took me an 1 hr and 40 mins. Unacceptable!! When I was in the lobby the walls by the desks were all scruffed up and looked horrible. The car was not even washed properly and still had dirt on the back.

Highly recommend contacting Tony Wood from MB of San Jose. He is great to work with, honest, helpful, respectful and earned our business. Tony was very... patient and answered all of our questions, provided us with excellent service, kept us informed of all the negotiation details and was very, very fair. If you are looking for a Mercedes, it is well worth your time to contact Tony. Actually everyone from the dealership is great to work with, overall just a great experience.

I have owned Mercedes Benz vehicles because their expertly made and always receive friendly and quality service! The staff at this dealership takes the... time to greet you and helpful in answering questions that the customer asks about the vehicle purchased. They continue to remind me about upcoming appointments due for the maintenance of my new car which is very much appreciated by the customer !
I am writing about the Lexus Gx 460 I bought in June and the Lexus Gx470 that I traded in. The dealership did not pay off my car in June. The car was finally... paid off by Mercedes to my Bank on September 18th, but the amount paid off was only 1954.00. This was not the amount owed on my contract with Mercedes Benz and I am owed a refund as I made payments on the account after learning that it had not been paid off. I am also in need of a letter for the Credit Bureaus stating that the car was traded in June and that the late charges on my credit report are not my responsibility. This has been going on for quite some time and I would just like some final resolution.
