Be aware that they might be lowballing and advertising
Be aware that they might be lowballing and advertising falls information just in order to get you in the door. I saw an ad and was happy to buy the car at the price advertised, only to discover that although it says CPO it’s not actually a CPO, the girl explained that it’s not their fault but cars.com advertised the wrong thing. Ok… Then, she said that I can trade in my car and we all know lowballing but man! The cheapest car similar to mine in the United States today (not nearly as nice and a year older) is for sale for 3 times of what they offered and it is considered by cars.com to be a good deal. I know that people think that the bad reviewers are crazy but I’m only working you, I didn’t lose one dollar with them but the way they handled me assured me that the just set traps and the naive are paying the price

Called around various MB dealerships to test drive the
Called around various MB dealerships to test drive the 2024 EQB 250+ and finally found available inventory in the San Jose location and spoke to Tedi, who had one parked and ready to test drive as soon as I arrived. Jorge T helped negotiate a great lease deal, and then delivered the car to my house later that evening. Really happy with the overall experience and all the follow ups to make sure everything was good. And everything is still great! Thanks again Tedi and Jorge. Highly recommend this dealership and sales team.

POOR experience.
POOR experience. I booked appointment online to test drive a car. I entered my personal/financial information to get pre-qualified. I received confirmation that car would be held for 24 hours. I received no less than 7 separate text messages and emails from sales associate Ashley and Sales Manager Ted starting at 8:30a to 12:00noon to confirm that I will make my 1:30p appt. I confirmed multiple times, the last being after 12:00noon. I arrive at 1:20p and I am informed that the car that was supposed to be reserved for 24hours for test drive was just sold! Typical sleazy car sales tactics ... it was a 2hour round trip ... a total waste of time.

On July 24, 2024 , I paid them $930.75 for transmission service on my car. But they made a mess on my car. So I let people know. Please don’t bring the car there for service.
