Probably the most professional buying experience I’ve ever had. I had been corresponding with Karen about a 4Runner that they were waiting on. She provided daily updates on the status and let me know as soon as they got it in. I ended up working with Jerome once I got to the dealership and he was awesome. Him and Sterling got me in and out in no time. Highly recommend Greenville Toyota!!

Assistant Service Manager

Lerick Land assisted me with providing service and has been for the past few years. He is always prompt, helpful, professional and shows empathy. He follows up on rebates, questions etc. I will continue to get my vehicle serviced there as well as recommend others to Toyota because of the service he provides.

I negotiated to buy the red Tundra (with 17 year sales...

I negotiated to buy the red Tundra (with 17 year sales veteran William) that is currently on the lot. I agreed to all their terms and their price. Five minutes later they called me to back out of the deal because they didn’t want to complete a repair (replace the windshield) which they had already schedule to complete at that price. I said ok and walked away. The next day they contacted me and said they talked to the owner about it and asked if I would buy the truck for the same price if they replaced the windshield. I again agreed to purchase the truck. They then stopped communicating with me until I reached the sales manager Sonny on the phone who said they made a mistake both times. Doesn’t seem like a mistake. Seems more like a choice. Especially when he then said he would sell me the truck for $2k more than what was agreed. This is the worst customer experience I have ever received with what is supposed to be a legitimate car dealership. I cannot recommend this dealership knowing they will blatantly bait and switch prices.

Good service, year after year. Check in and check out is an easy process. Service techs take good care of my car. Very happy with Mac Teachy and all associates.
