Quick service and easy to make appointment.
Quick service and easy to make appointment. We were offered new filters during the appointment and while we chose not to replace them I think it’s worth mentioning that they weren’t going to charge extra labor to do so. Plenty of places would have

One start because you can't leave 0 stars!
One start because you can't leave 0 stars! By far the WORST service department on the planet. The lies...the refusal to honor a warranty...the length of time they have the vehicle versus actually working on it. Leaving parts off and not tightening the screws on parts they put back on. By far the worst to deal with, no return phone calls, and could care less about their customers. The place should be shut down!

My wife and I arrived at the dealership around 8:45,
My wife and I arrived at the dealership around 8:45, after my wife saw the Mazda CX5 on the lot, and all the sale signs everywhere. Our plan for the day was to go to several dealerships and test drive various models before possibly making a selection. Seth was a good salesman, as he was very personable and a conversationalist. However, without ever informing us of any incentives, discounts, or offers available, a deal began to be put together to trade our Ford Ranger pickup truck for the SUV. We came to an agreement after our trade was valued at a similar amount that had been offered by Carvana. Before taking possession of the vehicle we asked that a screw be removed from the right rear tire, and a scratch be taken out of the paint in a rear door. It seemed like the removal of the screw, and the detailing took forever, at which point we had been there about 3 1/2 - 4 hours awaiting our meeting with finance. When it was time to go into finance, that seemed to go very quickly, just as the sales process had gone. Ana was very quick with going thru the paperwork to get initials and signatures on everything, without explaining very much at all, specifically the paper that showed the service plans. We finally got our vehicle after well over 5 hours of time had passed, and we were ready to leave. The following morning I finally looked at the paperwork and noticed that the financed amount totaling over $34K included a service at almost $2900, and tax of $188 - $3K that I don't recall discussing with finance, much less agreeing to. That's an outrageous amount for a service plan! I also finally took the time to go on the dealership website, and saw that our SUV was still on there, but surprisingly it was listed for a discounted price of $29997, and also had a pop up window that offered $500 additional discount, as well as a "instant offer" button to possibly get an even lower price - again, none of which was offered to us by Seth, or his manager, Victor. I even followed up with Nikki Risley the General Manager at the dealership to let her know the issues I had. She reached out, but only asked what I expected her to do - get the service plan removed from my contract and loan for one!! Not sure where the highly valued "customer service" is that they talk about in their "about us" on their website, but it seems to be far from top notch! We went by the dealership to follow up on the cancellation of the overpriced service plan and we were told it could take 8-10 weeks to have it removed from the amount sent to finance thru Space Coast Credit Union - 8-10 weeks, are you serious???? Why would it take 8-10 weeks to contact the credit union and remove $3K that shouldn't have been part of the contract in the first place??? Yes, we signed the contract and didn't have to, but how can a dealership expect to get return customers, or customers that won't post a negative review, if they are not honest and up front and don't offer customers the very best deal they can, when they have everything advertised for such offers and incentives to begin with! I would not recommend this dealership!

**Review: Buyer Beware – A Breach of Good Faith and Ethical Business Practices** I am writing this review to formally express my deep dissatisfaction with my recent experience at **Daytona Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram**, which can only be characterized as deceptive, unethical, and entirely devoid of accountability. I entered into discussions with this dealership in good faith, based on clear and repeated representations made by their sales staff regarding the terms and conditions of a specific vehicle transaction. These assurances were central to my decision-making process and were presented as firm commitments. However, upon finalizing the paperwork, I was shocked to discover that the agreed-upon terms were either materially altered or completely disregarded without explanation or disclosure. Despite multiple attempts to seek clarification and remedy through their staff and management, I was met with evasiveness, shifting narratives, and a complete refusal to acknowledge their prior representations. At no point was there any effort to resolve the discrepancy or uphold the integrity of the verbal and written promises that led to the sale. In legal terms, this constitutes a textbook example of **bait-and-switch tactics**, **negligent misrepresentation**, or at worst, **intentional fraud**. This dealership has demonstrated a troubling lack of transparency, professional ethics, and customer respect. Their practices reflect a blatant disregard for both consumer trust and regulatory standards governing fair business conduct. I strongly urge any potential customers to proceed with extreme caution. Document everything, demand all agreements in writing, and do not rely on verbal assurances of any kind. In summary, my experience with Daytona Dodge was not just disappointing—it was a complete betrayal of trust. I am currently evaluating all options available to me, including formal complaints to the **Better Business Bureau (BBB)**, **Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services**, and, if necessary, pursuit of **legal remedies**.

Customer Agent Alana was pleasant and helpful, my Ram
Customer Agent Alana was pleasant and helpful, my Ram 1500 was fixed and returned earlier than anticipated. The staff provided great service; unfortunately I got stuck with a 2 day rental due to lack of vehicle loaners.
