Small family own dealership with lots of cars! This was our second stop of the day looking at the same csr model from the previous “big name” dealership. We told the sales people at LeSueur what we needed as far as numbers and they got it done 👍🏼

Almost too fast! 10 days from start to delivery; Good customer service, nice people! Oh wait, that's a 15 word MINIMUM... now I feel silly trying to cram all the good details into such a short statement. (facepalm) The entire experience was painless and fast, as noted; when my credit union balked at working with them they found me a competitive rate with someone who WOULD. They got documents to me quickly, and the car... well, through no fault of his, Steven LeSueur missed that the transporter picked the car up (on memorial day??) so I only got 24 hours notice that it was showing up. I was so used to those things taking forever I was off-balance for a few hours, but hey, that's what I consider a high quality problem. Speaking of which, the shipping cost was very reasonable, especially considering I saved about 6K getting the car there instead of locally. They gave me a great deal on EXACTLY the car I would have purchased if new, and getting that 4K tax credit up front made my life simpler and the loan even smaller than I was prepared to deal with. What's funny is my daughter and many friends live in Phoenix, so they now have a bit of a Northern CA booster with the locals. Oh, and there was no trade-in, so don't take the low rating as a slam; I just had no experience with it here. :-D

Purchased an eligible plug in hybrid vehicle in May 2023. Kris was informative and supportive in the buying process. This was a great car buying experience. I shopped around many dealers within Arizona and even in neighboring states. The corporate car dealerships are really awful. So, when meeting Kris at LeSueur, the experience was in sharp contrast. They were transparent about the vehicle status, we discussed the manufacturer's warranty, and felt confident about my purchase. I drive 30+ miles/day, and I'm currently getting over 110mpg! The vehicle has been great and I've owned for one year now. I was eligible for the tax credit which Kris and his team at LeSueur helped me process, they followed up with me when taxes were due and executed everything was processed effectively. Of course, now it's 2024 and the credits are easier to acquire and you get them right away when you purchase the vehicle, but in 2023 it was much different, and Kris and his team were great. I would recommend and do recommend purchasing from LeSueur.

Just read the reviews! I went to Carvana, Carmax, and Dealerships, and the biggest difference, other than price, was Kris and his entire team. I tested 10 different cars, and I never felt any pressure. It was over 100 degrees out, and they pulled up one car after another, smiling each time. Any questions I had, Kris and the team responded right away. I have recommended friends to go to them, and they had the same experience. One friend even bought from Carmax, and returned the car to Carmax after visiting LeSuer! That isn't normal - That is amazing!

This is the 2nd time I've brought my car to them. The 1st time was for an oil change, they did a great job. So this time I had my rear brakes done and an oil change. They took good care of my car. They did a fabulous job on my brakes. Their work great. I also had an oil change and my car drives smoothly. I was charged a reasonable price. Well worth it. Thank You. I also must add, that Mr Nate & Mr Zane are wonderful, funny and treated me with the utmost respect and kindness. I will be back. You should have your car serviced here. They're an honest company. :-)

I absolutely cannot say enough good things about Kris and the dealership. Friendly, professional, low key with no hard sales pitch. Answered every question we had and spent volumes of time with us. I would recommend them over and over again. My daughter will be visiting soon for a new car too. Thank you Kris and Christian.
