Easy to do business with. The atmosphere is much different than most dealership. Eager to earn our business, but not too pushy. I would recommend them to all of my family and friends.
I would give this dealership negative reviews if possible. AVOID THEM!! I called regarding a used car I was interested in and made an appointment to test drive the car. The person on the phone verified with the sales manager that the car was still available, indicating she personally spoke with them. I told them the time was tight given I was driving an hour and a half in a mix of rain and snow. She indicated the sales manager was aware I was coming and asked that I be courteous enough to let them know if I wasn't going to make it because the sales manager was going to stay just for me. I got two reminder texts during my drive and attempted to let them know I was on my way. When I arrived, miraculously the car had sold "Just a little while ago". Of course the sales manager had no knowledge of an appointment, they sent two reminders on. Old fashioned bait and switch. Maybe they believe getting someone in the door is all that is required. But for me, I wouldn't buy a car from an unethical dealership that disrespected me and my time. I had money in hand to buy the vehicle of interest or any other vehicle they had available that fit my criteria, but I will take it elsewhere. Don't be fooled by their tactics.
It was a pleasurable experience. I was in and out quickly without any issues. The staff was very accommodating and the facility was clean. I will go back.

My registration was returned to the dealership as undeliverable. The clerk put the returned registration in a folder. There was no attempt to contact me by phone & check on the address. This was @ the end of Dec. & I bought the car on Oct. 24, 2017. I called dealership to find out about my registration & why it was taking so long to get it. After a search of the clerks desk it was found in a folder. I was never given an explanation as to why this happened, nor was an apology offered. It was more of a joke to them than a serious problem that needed attention. The employee that put the registration in the folder needs supervision and more training. Be careful, be very, very, careful, with these people. They don't take you seriously, nor do they follow up on important paper work...that's on you !!!

No Pressure Sales
My experience purchasing a used car at Tim Marburger Honda was in a word: AWESOME! My sales person called me the very next day I left an inquiry online. He answered all of my questions and even provided an indication of what financing I could avail myself of over the phone. I decided to drive to the dealership and was pleasantly surprised to find my salesperson waiting for me at the front door at our designated meeting time. He was professional, yet personable gaining my respect by looking me straight in the eye when addressing me. After a test drive, I decided to purchase the car. The financing department was very easy to work with and did a great job making the purchase easy and all terms and conditions clearly explained. I was able to save several thousand dollars which allowed me to purchase a newer model year than I could have purchased from other dealers. I left the dealership HAPPY! When was the last time you could say THAT about any car-buying experience?
Slow response. Trying to dodge repairs
Keep trying to dodge from making minor repairs to vehicle Cosmetic Repairs but act like major problems. Trying to dodge phone calls.

I recently purchased a Honda CRV from Marburger Honda and the total experience was what a customer would want. From the first day of the test drive to the last day of signing and driving, there was no high pressure sales pitch or even follow up calls before the purchase was made. My sales person Ren Barbee was a pleasure to do business with. His friendliness and attention to detail along with his concern for his customer was to be admired. Scott Apsega, in finance, made the whole burdensome task of filing and signing papers seem simple. His knowledge of the requirements of the state laws and the product that was being sold helped make the purchase less stressful. I would recommend this dealer to anyone looking for a great deal on a new or used car.
