Russell & Smith Honda is an outstanding car...

Russell & Smith Honda is an outstanding car dealership! I began with an email asking for a quote on a vehicle that they did not have on the lot. Fred Leber walked me through the process and answered each one of my many emails quickly and thoughtfully. When we met, he was easy to talk to and made it clear that he wanted me to have the car I wanted. He did just that: I got exactly what I wanted (Polished Metal Base Model Honda Fit). Growing up I'd seen my parents go through pressure sales at car dealerships, but Fred never pressured me. In fact, he made me feel at ease through the entire process. I couldn't believe that buying a car could be so easy. The day I bought the car, Fred and Roberto continued their amazing service and had me in and out of the dealership in an hour and a half--I even test drove the car in that period of time! Even though the process was fast, it was never rushed. They explained everything to me and answered all of my questions thoroughly. Roberto helped me with financing and was able to match the rate that my bank gave me. I am so glad that I bought my car from Russell & Smith. Fred and Roberto were spectacular! I would recommend them to anyone looking to buy a car. When I buy my next car, Russell & Smith will definitely have my business!

Went to some used car lots before we came here and were...

Went to some used car lots before we came here and were given WAY better service here than we were given at the used car lots. Even though it was Memorial Day weekend the service was great.

I came in to the dealership with a 2003 Honda CR-V and...

I came in to the dealership with a 2003 Honda CR-V and left with a 2012 Honda CR-V! I was initially apprehensive about making payments on a new car after enjoying my paid off one, but Micah made the experience as painless as possible. He worked out my trade and was friendly, knowledgeable and answered all the questions I had. I am more happy with my decision with every passing day. And, Roberto was kind and explained all my options as well with the financing. I have a monthly payment that fits my budget and no worries with my warranty. Thanks, guys!

It has been the most pleasant vehicale shopping experience with Ali Fard. Ali quoted me a very reasonable price and followed up with phone calls and emails throughout the whole purchasing process. He is courteous and professional when explaining the vehicle. He follows up after the purchase and make sure that I am completely satisfied with the services he and the dealership had provided.

Ali Fard did an excellent job. I was very pleased with him. I requested quotes through the internet from quite a few Honda dealerships. Not only was Ali the first to reply, but with a detailed and itemized list of the charges for a "drive out" price! Exactly what I was looking for. Some of the other dealers did not even send quotes for the correct car, much less an itemized list. Ali was very friendly and helpful when I called him to ask questions. During the purchase, Ali took the time to explain things. After the purchase, he took time out of his very busy schedule to thoroughly go over all the stuff for my new Accord. And he sat with me in the car going over items and even setup my phone with the bluetooth in the car and set up the remote transmitter. This is my fourth Honda purchase (over several years) and I have never had any salesman be so thorough in going over the Accord options, etc. I plan to highly recommend your dealership and Ali to all my friends and co-workers. (I know several "Honda" people.)

I replied to an internet post with Ray after wasted hours...

I replied to an internet post with Ray after wasted hours at a different car dealership. I was sooooo frustrated! I just wanted honesty and straight answers. I received both... We were able to make my deal and fit my budget. There is nothing worse than a car buying experience that has you and the seller thousands of dollars from a deal. The customer service at Russell & Smith is phenomenal!! Everyone makes you feel welcomed and comfortable. There is no pressure and my buying experience was hassle free 100%! I will refer my friends and family and I will continue to be a returning customer in the future. This was my 2nd car purchased through Russell & Smith and it won't be my last! My Dad and I went to Russell & Smith Honda the other...

My Dad and I went to Russell & Smith Honda the other day and I can honestly say customer service was great, unlike other dealerships we've been to. Jon, who I spoke to on the phone, was busy with a customer, but he had Dung help us, who was very nice and helpful. We got our questions answered without feeling the pressure to buy/lease a new car. At some dealerships, you feel uncomfortably pushed to purchase something. Ami was great as well; very cheery and amiable. I have no complaints about anything and as sad as we were to return our leased car, we are very happy with our new purchase. I will definitely go back and also recommend R&S Honda to anyone.

The customer service was excellent! The sales managers...

The customer service was excellent! The sales managers were eager to get involved with the sale and assist the sales associates. All the employees were very friendly and treated us like family. The employees suggested quality insurance companies and went out of their way to make the purchase a happy experience. This was my first car purchase out of university and the associates tried to get me the best deals/interest rates possible for someone with my qualifications. I purchased the vehicle in the showroom and was able to leave with the car washed and detailed on the same day!! The finance team was so friendly I felt like I had known them my whole life. I really felt like the dealership had my best interest in mind.
