    I came here not planning on getting a vehicle and I came across one BMW I thought was a great fit. Well after doing all paperwork and everything I did... a little more research had a change of heart with that car and found a different one. After speaking with Pablo at QAM he expedited the new paperwork and got everything we needed to get into the vehicle of choice. It was reassuring that we could do this and we were comfortable with doing business with them. Car is absolutely amazing all around and no problems so far. Recommend

    did not disclose three - four thousand dollars in fees before hitting your credit check. They use it as trap so you won't back out since you have... spent so much time at the dealership..

    So I looked it up. It's called the "porcupine method". basically a bait and switch where they lure you in with reasonable prices advertised... on cars.com take you through a lengthy sales process that anyone who's been through a timeshare sales experience will immediately recognize. Shuffling you from office to office, meeting with ever more senior members of the sales team until your invested enough in the process, then they "stick" you with, in our case, $3000 in additional nonsense fees. So a $14,000 Honda Accord becomes a $18,000 car. We were quite explicit in explaining our budget upfront and I even asked about fees early in the sales process and the question was evaded. A waste of two hours.

That being said, we have never had a customer mention "the porcupine method," nor have we ever heard of it. While we appreciate your extensive description of this manipulative strategy, it directly conflicts with every aspect of the Queens Auto Mall experience. We strive for complete transparency and customer satisfaction from first contact throughout the purchase process and life of the vehicle. I apologize for any communication issues you experienced. It is important to understand that the purchase of a vehicle requires that taxes, DMV costs, insurance, and any additional vehicle or financing requests be paid. We, as opposed to traditional dealers, offer as much transparency as possible and assist customers every step of the way. Lastly, there seems to be a mathematical discrepancy between the displayed price of $14,000, the additional charge of $3,000, and the final cost of $18,000. I would like to discuss this and more with you. Together, I believe we may rectify this situation and offer you the experience that has fostered lifelong relationships with our loyal customers.     Going to the dealership is typically a forlorn experience for many. There???s already so much pressure we put on ourselves as buyers to get the best bargain... and not get sold on a car by a slick talking salesman. You won???t find that here at Queens Auto. I had such a great time working with Robin and Shondell to help me find my perfect car and my every need was met. They explained the process so very clearly and at no point made me feel like they were trying to take advantage of me being a first time buyer. If any of you decide to go to Queens Auto make sure you ask for Shodell he is well informed on all the vehicles on the floor and is patient and can help you walk away with the best possible purchase. I will be recommending him and Queens auto to any of my friends and family interested in a car.
