Was not welcomed in a way that a customer should. Had an appointment and even received follow text messages about my appointment. When we got most employees as just staring. I was told that the person I communicated with was out to lunch. The lady who helped me went to an empty space and then said the car was sold earlier and pretended to show us other cars instead. Side note, someone hit my car in the parking space had to get it repaired. Still dud but get to purchase a car. Later cars.com kept sending me leads that the car was available. So I sent a message, I was told that indeed it was still available when would I like to come see it. Unbelievable!!! I never do business when them, ever!!!

When something is too good to be true believe it…the crosstrek we went to see was listed on site for 17k we get there and that’s the “wholesome price” they acted like we were dumb for not knowing that,actual price was 22k. Just confirm prices before going there

This dealership allowed my daughters ex boyfriend to trade her Mercedes Benz car in with her ID and gave him 12K towards his new car which they put in his name. Everyone knows that's against the law. Once we saw the ad online we contacted the police. The police called them and told them the Mercedes was reported stolen and they are coming to get the car. At that point the car dealer called the boyfriend to come bring the exchanged car back and take her Mercedes Benz. The dealer is stating the boyfriend came and stole the benz from them off their lot and they don't know where the car is. The Manager Andy is the person that we cant seem to get answers from. We have contacted the Atty general's office and will not stop until this dealership is closed down. Do not give them your ID . Do Not trust what they say. They are affiliated with Ricks Picks Auto mall. Both Fraudulent dealerships. Beware

Fake internet prices. Went to see a Volvo listed online at $12,950, "manager" came out and told us they have bids for the car at $16k, but we should put in an offer. Our offer for the original online price was what we put in. Was countered by them at $14k, at that point we read the carfax and decided to bail all together. This was a month ago and the car is still listed online for $12,950. Cheap bait and switch tactics, avoid.

Avoid them by all means !!! The told me a price and when I came the changed the price from 11k out the door price to 16k . Absolute madness!!! A sales person actually confirmed the initial price the told me on phone when I arrived. As soon as an Indian look guy who said he was the finance guy came the price out the door price for the car went from 11k to 16k. Don’t waste your time and money. Don’t think you’re smarter than the people leaving bad reviews if not you will learn the hard way. By the way I drove all the way from New Jersey just to experience this foolishness in New York.

I should have looked at the reviews before driving an hour to this place. The price online is not the asking price. They changed the price up $4000. When you get there. They will tell you that’s the price they put assuming you will put 4000 down and finance the rest. Total xx just to get people in the door. And then the sales person said hey I’m just telling you front. I responded telling me upfront is when I look at the price online. Total scam. Don’t waste your time.

VERY deceptive pricing! I drove 2 hours to see a 2018 Audi Q5 that they have priced at 14500 on cars.com. Called to verify! Nowhere on the site is there another price listed. Upon arrival and after looking at this vehicle and starting paperwork, magically a price of $18999 comes out of nowhere. Absolutely TERRIBLE don"t EVER consider that place!!
