I had the best experience, Robert was patient and never pressured me. I wasn’t sure of my timeline on the day of the test drive. But when we walked away and talked about the day we easily came back to loving the X3 and our experience at Rusnak. Robert addressed any and all of my follow up questions and came to me with very agreeable numbers out the gate I was able to make a informed decision and take delivery a couple days after the test drive all on my timeline and never pressured. Don’t get me started on the delivery experience A+++ no detail was missed Nancy in finance was equal as patient, informative and friendly. Ben my delivery genius went through all the features made sure all my safety and drive settings were set right for me got my phone synced to the vehicle and made sure I was able to drive off safe and comfortable.

Very disappointing experience with Rusnak BMW. I accidentally left my personal wheel lock key set in the car I traded in. A very good salesperson. But the same old hassels at closing. Pushing customer to add more stuff they don’t want and extra insurance. Much wasted time The electronics remain confusing in this BMW and the “genius” assigned to help was knowledgeable but annoyingly impatient.
