Salespeople were polite , attentive, caring, respectful, honest in statements. Left to ponder purchasing and called back to inform them what would “seal the deal” and they agreed. Happy with purchase. A little heavy handed on pushing various warranties.

I had a really great sales guy helping me (Gabriel). Also the trade-in with my leased bmw was great (I think Leo). No complaints at all about any of the negotiations or buying process. In my opinion(and I only do this every few years so what do I know) I wish that the beginning of the finance period we could have reviewed the numbers- just an acknowledgement of where things stood and before I started signing off my existing car and before the new lease was established. I also had a scheduled appointment and perhaps they could streamline things so the wait is shortened. But the actual sales person and trade in person 10/10.

I had an awesome experience with Rusnak BMW. My contact Pat was super helpful, quick to respond, honest, no haggle. I felt at home during my time and 200 % trusted to Pat and the dealership to the point that I did not even check if the out the door price was correct on the contract when I signed it. It surely was though. I was shopping for a few yr used vehicles and was told they only sell excellent lease returns and I could tell when I got to see the car. The car is impeccably clean like brand new. I would definitely but my cats from them moving forward. 10* Rating from Me

An excellent experience with Pat Rodriguez and Kathy Cong. Very direct and accommodating. I was looking nationally for the properly optioned car and not only was the car like new, and minor cosmetic issues were tended to within two days of interest in the car. Highly recommend.

From start to finish getting my CPO x5 45e w Rusnak BMW was great. They listened to my needs, answered my questions and made it as easy as it can be. The only missing star was in hindsight going over the paperwork by myself after the fact, I wish I?d asked for more breakdowns of the different prices during the process.
