I had a great experience with Rex He was more knowledgeable and patient than any of the other sales rep I had talked to in the auto mall, which was quite refreshing. No one at Rusnak BMW was pushy, even in the finance department where you learn to except it. If other dealers operated like Rex and his team at Rusnak I think that people would not be so scared of the car buying experience. Highly recommend Rusnak BMW. thanks again everryone
