My husband called over the weekend and talked to Mike about a used truck. He would not negotiable the price. Today my husband called again and talked... to another salesman about the same truck. A message was left for Mike to call us. We drove 90 minutes one way. When we got out of the car we were meet by Mike. We asked where the truck was. He said oh that truck has been sold. We left frustrated after wasting a whole evening and a tank of gas. There was no regard for us. We will never deal with Randy Marion again. I had planned to buy a new cadillac XT4 but not from them. I guess Mike was too busy smoking that cigarette to call us.

I recently took my 2001 Pontiac to Randy Marion for a recall item. The service Consultant Mike was very helpful, friendly and explained everything to me.... A part had to be ordered and was there in one day. I waited while they finished the work on my car, again everyone was friendly and helpful. Mike explained what repairs were made and when to bring the car in for another check up. I am very pleased with the Service Department.

My daughter and I drove over an hour to look at a used car at this dealership which was advertised online. We arrived, test drove the car with a salesman,... and we handed off to another salesperson to talk price. After waiting over half an hour for the “out the door” price, we were told the car would cost $2,990 MORE than the price listed on their website. This was due to a“reconditioning fee”, “ResistAll treatment” (both totaling $1,400) an exorbitant admin fee ($800 alone), tax and dmv fees. Suffice to say, we were swindled into a long drive, a long night, and getting a teenagers hopes up...for absolutely NOtHinG. I knew to expect a high doc fee from this dealer and of course had factored in tax and dmv costs but the other charges...BOGUS and should be added to the price of the car on the front end. Don’t waste your time, go to a dealer who is honest and up front about their true prices. Shameful.

I bought a used 2015 Mazda CX-5 here and everyone was so cordial and easy to talk to! Even when we got to talking numbers, things went splendidly. It didn't... feel awkward like it does at most places. I would highly recommend doing business here!
Took my Cadillac there for an oil change and tire rotation. They examined my car and told me I needed new back shocks. This was their 3rd time trying... to sell me new shocks, which are really expensive. Problem was this time I had just had my shocks replaced 3 months prior and my shocks were in perfect condition but they tried to sell me new shocks anyway. A blatant attempt at theft. That may be why every time I go there their service staff has turned over almost 100%. They can't keep people to work there.

I have been shopping for a new ride for sometime now...When i found what i liked it was at Randy Marions , Fairly priced and well advertised...Im not a... phone person so to speak and would rather use email to discuss the automobile...I made the dealer aware of this and they respected my preference and emailed me...They did not constantly call and try and get ahold of me like other dealers have..When a dealer doesn't respect your preferences of communication and hounds you its time to KICK them to the curb...Marion has been in business long enough to know the the customer is number ONE..I havent yet purchased a vehicle because of working in two different states most of the time...I will be in NC more often starting this week and planning to visit the dealer and check there inventory to see what i like and what kind of deal they offer...I will also give them the opportunity to find me the auto of my choice and purchase the vehicle from them...That is how much they have impressed me in my search...Im not going anywhere else.....When you see there commercials remember they are true to there word !!!!
