Terrible experience, battery was dead after test drive.

Terrible experience, battery was dead after test drive. we had to return on day two (Saturday) to allow Randy Marion to change battery and to complete paperwork and then there were changes to what was communicated the day before. Additionally we were advised after signing paperwork that the dealership could only find one key fob and we would have to return on Tuesday to get the second fob and have it ?programmed?. Between Saturday and Tuesday we identified a stain in the carpet and also a loose wheel well liner on the passenger rear. We asked for this to be repaired during our visit as well and was advised that it was not a problem. We could not get there on Tuesday and asked if Wednesday was ok, answer was yes. We asked if we needed an appointment and answer was no. After FIVE hours in the waiting room an advisor comes out to indicate they are almost finished! The only thing that was being performed was the key fob programming!

I feel like the job was not done properly soon as I left

I feel like the job was not done properly soon as I left with the vehicle the same issue popped right back up as if nothing had even been done and I had to have the vehicle towed not even an hour of being gone from the shop highly disappointed

The advisor Adam lied numerous times when I called to

The advisor Adam lied numerous times when I called to check on my vehicle and then another advisor who wasn’t dealing with my vehicle was arguing with me and talking smart to me. I definitely would not recommend them if you care about good service and integrity! I was told they were waiting on another dealership to release the warranty so they could work on the vehicle. When I called the other dealership it had already been released prior to him even calling me with that lie. Then I got a notification that my vehicle work had been completed at 10:45am. We immediately called to check and they said they were just waiting on warranty for payment. At 12:14pm I received a message stating “your vehicle is ready for pick up.” I had someone drop me off at the dealership at 12:45pm to pick it up and was then told they were still waiting on warranty to make payment before they could release the vehicle. I stated that I received the message and was dropped off and need to pick up my children in Mooresville and couldn’t wait. They then called the warranty company and I heard him tell them that he put in the warranty paperwork at 12:15. He told me at 10:45am that he was still waiting on them to pay it, but he never put it in til 12:15. They told me it would be at least 30 more minutes or so before warranty could make payment as they were backlogged. They were refusing me picking up my vehicle until they received payment despite the fact that they sent me a text message saying the vehicle could be picked up. After some unpleasant negotiations and paying the deductible I was able to get my vehicle. However the repeated deception from Advisor Adam and the disrespectful and rude comments from Chet….I will never set foot in that dealership again and I would recommend if you would like quick, honest, and respectfulness that you seek another dealership to have your vehicle worked on as well!

Not a honest dealer, we purchased a used 2020 Ford Edge

Not a honest dealer, we purchased a used 2020 Ford Edge and only had it a month and a half. Transmission went out. They sold vehicle with a 50/50 warranty.. it’s useless. I’ve gotten 3 quotes for repair better than their 50% price. Tried to shop local but I will look elsewhere from now on. Find an honest dealer and don’t make our mistake.

If I could give them a zero star rating I would!

If I could give them a zero star rating I would! I have been dealing with them at several locations and different sales people and to a person the will lie and tell you whatever they think you want to hear. When it’s time to back up their talk you quickly realize you have just wasted all the time invested in the vehicle they told you about. This happened with 3 different vehicles and at 3 different sales people at 3 different locations.they even did a hard pull on my credit for a truck they couldn’t even sale me. This organization is a disaster and if you don’t believe me I have texts to prove all of this ! "Captain" Steve Rogers was the last sales person that wasted an entire day of mine! After showing him the review hoping that would change his mind to try and make this right , all he could do was say bless your heart which we all know what that means!

Karen was not just a top notch service writer but an amazing person with a great work ethic and attitude, knowing my car was just in for a pre paid oil change and it only has 4000 miles on it so there?s nothing to sale or maintenance needed yet did not stop her from giving the experience of someone who paid full price, she blew what customer satisfaction is out of the water. I?ve owned many cars I?ve taken to different dealerships and shops, I?ve even worked at AAA as a service writer myself and what she did for me and all her customers is beyond what is expected. She printed out all kinds of paperwork on my car that would be beneficial for me. We was having trouble with getting my maintenance plan to show up on the pre paid maintenance website but she handled it got it taken care of while still ensuring me that my car would be well taken care of. Karen is my go to for all my needs for my car and look forward doing business with her and this business in the future!

first they tried to cheet me out of down payment that

first they tried to cheet me out of down payment that they received when i ordered new car. Then without my knowledge they added some after market warranty, wiht out fully going over truth in lending statement. almost 2 months latter and i am still trying to get this fixed. dealership want return calls or emails. buy from these people at your own risk. they will cheat, lie and steal from you. my issue with there ford dealership in west jefferson, and i will continue slamming them til this is made right. they are crooks

I tried four times over a weeks time to contact this

I tried four times over a weeks time to contact this dealership through Carfax, Cars.com, Autotraders, etc. It wasn't until I sent my last request on the evening of December 25th and told them I had been trying to connect with them. I also asked if the vehicle I was interested in was actually on the lot and did it have a wireless charging pad. On December 26th at 8:59 am I finally got a response from JJ but all it said was if you're still interested in the vehicle give me a call or text me @ this person's phone #. I responded at 11:57 am expressing that I would rather communicate through email because I don't want texts or phone calls from multiple dealerships that I am getting info from. I then asked again about the vehicle being on the lot and charging pad. I replied to the email again and told them they were the worst dealership for communication. It is now 7:30 pm December 26th and have yet to hear back. They had a potential customer but apparently they don't need any.
