They charged me for an oil change $175 and they didn't

They charged me for an oil change $175 and they didn't told me before that this will cost. I used to have a Toyota and they did the oil change free of charge.

I purchased my kia 2023 had no problems with it.

I purchased my kia 2023 had no problems with it. Just took it in for an oil change and tire rotation. This has to be the cleanest and most friendly dealership on the east coast

Just recently bought a 2025 Telluride.

Just recently bought a 2025 Telluride. Great experience! Zach Hannon , the car salesman, was very patient and went out of his why to explain all things concerning the Telluride. He spent a ton of time with us and made sure we got to test drive one by ourselves. All aspects of the transaction were explained clearly, not only by Zach, but as well by Jason in the finance department. The vehicle was ready in the matter of hours in excellent condition from outside to inside. Zach even helped in going over all controls and linking my iPhone up to the vehicle. Plus got my Kia access account squared away.

Brought my '23 Kia Niro in for a safety recall this morning. As usual, I was greeted immediately by Service Advisor Rose Geehern. 1 settled into the comfortable waiting room and helped myself to a free cup of Joe. My Kia Telluride has been at Healy for TWO months.

My Kia Telluride has been at Healy for TWO months. The service team could not figure out the issue, was back and forth with Kia Corporate and not until they brought in a field rep (1.5 months into the process) they found mice damage. I have 3 young children all in car seats. which is the reason we have an SUV like the telluride in the first Place. When they finally had a loaner car (2 weeks into service) they gave us a Kia Forte. How????? That does not fit my babies. Next we were told we had to return the forte because it's not a warranty issue anymore since it's mice damage. My husband went to return it and then we were told to keep it until the telluride was ready? clearly a breakdown of communication at this place. We then checked up on the status of the Telluride and they said they were waiting for insurance approval. I had emails from our insurance that not only did they approve the scope of work but also already sent the money to the dealer!!!!! It is unacceptable that a young family is without their car for over 2 months!!!!!! No communication, a loaner Car that doesn't fit three car seats! I urge you to look for another dealer that his more professional, communicates actively, and understands the urgency of having a car that is suitable for a family.

Healey Kia has a wonderful staff all around. Everyone explains & answers all of your questions. Evan is my salesman & he's fantastic. Very patient, I had lots of questions this was my first all electric car. I was so impressed with Kia cars & with Healey & extremely impressed with Evan that we bought two, the EV6 & a Sportage. Great dealership, great cars, great % on the loans with an absolutely the best salesman ever please go & see Evan!!!

Our son is a new driver and has his heart set on a Ford

Our son is a new driver and has his heart set on a Ford Bronco. We found a good deal in Newburgh NY at the Healey KIA. For about a week my husband spoke to the dealership and had a price set. We drove 2 hours from our home in Jersey to find that the soft cover was ripped and the back window has some kind of film on it. We originally were working with Austin. He was the one that initially outright lied and fraudulently got us up to the dealership. He was conveniently not at the dealership. Peter Finkal was our salesman and at the time he was very accommodating and said they would replace the parts on the soft cover. Looking back we realize they all knew the car had things wrong but all they cared about was to get us to the dealership. We left with the car and 2 weeks later my husband went up another 2 hours to get the parts replaced on the car. (We asked twice if they’d send it to our home and they refused). When my husband got there they told him the parts he drove up there to have replaced is actually broken and they won’t be able to replace it today. The best they will do is overnight it to the house. So my husband had to drive another 2 hours home with the same damaged back window and soft cover that the dealership promised to replace. They are fraudulent and do not care about you as a customer. Not to mention when we were there buying the car the finance manager Jason Horaz was rude and when we had questions passive aggressively would not answer them. We regret finding this trash dealership. Beware they do not care about you as a customer or your time. They will lie and do what they need to do to make the sale.

Absolutely wonderful time purchasing my 2025 kia sorento.

Absolutely wonderful time purchasing my 2025 kia sorento. Pete was amazing throughout the entire process. It was quick and easy. Would highly recommend to any one looking for a new or used car to see Pete. No pressure really worked on finding me what I wanted and what was in my budget. No surprises absolutely great time.
