    I purchased my 2020 KIA completely online from Healey Kia! What a wonderful experience it was. I am a previous Kia owner, from another dealership, my... lease was up and I knew I wanted the same model, the Kia Sportage. I looked at Healey Kia’s website and found the perfect vehicle. I selected the vehicle I wanted, customized my payment filled in the next screen, submitted the form and they contacted me right away. I spoke to a vehicle specialist to go over what I wanted in my vehicle and to make sure it was the one for me. I knew I wanted to lease again so they directed me to the finance tab on their website. I completed the online finance application and the finance manager contacted me to work out the numbers. After we worked out the details they sent me the pricing and I sent them my credentials and they did all the paperwork. When they were finished they scheduled a time to bring the vehicle to me. My new Sportage was brought to my workplace. It was just as beautiful as the photos on their website. I signed all the paperwork, got a quick tour of the vehicle and I was finished. The easiest vehicle I ever purchased!!!! After the delivery person left my vehicle specialist called me to set up a time to do a face time call for a more in-depth review of the vehicle. I highly recommend buying your next vehicle from Healey Kia!!!! They made it so easy and there was no stress!!!! Thank you to my new KIA family!!!!

    Ran a hard hit on my credit! I was shopping around for the most affordable car since I have a long commute. I went in there with a budget and told them... that. The original sales guy seemed nice. But they claimed they couldn't meet my budget. Which was $400 for financing a car with some lease payments left over and zero down. Since they couldn't make it I was going to leave. James Barrett the general manager comes over and it went quickly from a pleasant enough experience to frustrating. We talked in circles with me at some point asking him if he was trying to confuse me. During that conversation he said if you figure out what you want and give me a number (which I had done) I can go to the banks, I am bringing up that comment to point out that at this point not been a hard hit. I got so frustrated that I pointed out I was looking to feel good about my purchase like I had previously with my Hondas. He asked me why didn't I go to Honda then. I had not gone to Honda because I thought it would be too expensive, but then thanks to his comment I thought about it and decided I should check it out. I went to Honda where I bought a car worth $3,000 more than the car they were offering me for the amount that I wanted monthly. But during my time there I learned that they had run a hard hit on my credit. At no point had I seen someone in fiancé or had agreed to purchase a car or indicated I was doing anything but shopping around. I had been to three other dealerships for this purchase and they hadn't run my credit. After James Barrett's behavior and finding this out I feel that this place is shady. Buyer especially female ones be wary.

    Dealer was great with the process they took my used 99 on trade . The Ram was real clean and tight it was reconditioned beyond expectations and drove and... ran smooth. We parted on good terms with a hand shake and If I need anything call or e mail . I needed a second key fob from the Ram dealer it is $300.00 and I wanted to get some paint work . I called corporate on the key issue and got blown off . I e mailed my salesman 3 time with no response . They could not eve take the time to redomend a paitn shope or lock smith I would have been more tha willing to meet the part way on costs . Very disapointed with this still however happy with the truck .

    I received a letter from Kia offering me a promo oil change for $9.95. I made an appt at the Newburgh Kia where I purchased my Forte informing them of... the letter. When I arrived, the tech said the promo was only for a regular oil change and synthetic was recommended for my car. The letter didn’t specify what oil type and the Forte manual did not mention synthetic. I said that I would take a regular oil change. Then he said they only sold synthetic and the cost was $80. I left and called them the next day and they said oil changes started at $39.95! I called Poughkeepsie Kia where I did not even purchase the car and they honored the letter and said my car took conventional oil. So sorry I purchased it at the Newburgh dealer.

    So I went to Healey Kia yesterday, 7/21. Looking for a pre-owned vehicle. I had already contacted Pete Finkel (Sales) the day before and basically emailed... him what I wanted, what I needed, what my budget was and that was that. Pete really listened to me and did his best to make sure I got everything I asked for. Not only did he stay way under my budget......he got me great financing (with not so great credit) and got me a car that I thought wasn't possible. I walked out of there with a brand new 2019 Kia Sorento! Not only is it gorgeous and comes with all the bells and whistles....like I said, it was totally affordable. I was more than a sale to Pete. Brandon in Finance was also patient and unbelievably helpful. He broke down everything for me so that there was no surprises. And once again, thank you Brandon for serving our country. The whole dealership is really fantastic. I 200% recommend Healey Kia and especially Pete. If you need a car....go there ASAP

Understandably the sales management wanted to close the sale with me as soon as possible,... but I was able to take my time and come to a deal that fit my needs. Very easy process all around.     "Customers top priority"? I guess I was not considered a customer then. Although I am a returning customer from Healey on my lease of a Hyundai Sonata... which I entered a deal for a Kia Optima. I was TRICKED in this deal where I put down what for me was a large sum of money and the return of the Sonata. Never was I told or believed that I was still subject to additional charges for the return of my lease at the whim of the dealership in the amount of nearly $1000. Never would I have had a lease returned to assess fees when I was not there... in person to review AT THE TIME. This amounts to extortion on my credit score. When I called to find out what was going on, first my call was not returned. Second time, when I insisted on speaking with someone I was spoken to in a condescending manner to the tune that i didn't have to understand the deal I made when I left the dealership! I just had to pay whatever they said, because "how are they supposed to know"? I certainly had ZERO intention of making a deal where I put down what for me is a large figure and then leaving it to the whim of the dealership additional charges on my previous lease. Telling me you weren't "keeping it in your inventory " is NOT the same telling me I was subject to UNKNOWN fees on my previous vehicle

We unfortunately have no way of know...ing charges due from other leasing companies when a client turns in their non-Kia lease.     I bought my fiancé’s 2013 Hyundai Santa Fe for a NYS safety and emission inspection on Monday 05 March 2018. The service writer came over to me to try... to sell everything under the sun. I told him I do all my air filters and some of the mechanical work myself. This afternoon I open my glovebox and everything fell on the floor. During there inspection to sell me a cabin air filter the mechanic or technician didn’t install the clips and the rod that holds the glovebox in place. So unprofessional All because I would not spend $90 for a cabin filter.
