TEST drive but no truck

I set up a test drive for September 11 ,2021 at 1:00 I was text at 10: 00 too insure I was come I live 2 hrs away. When I arrived they didn't have the truck. I talked to the sale manager about the issues. He was VERY disrespectful I asked for his name he refused to give me his name. As I walked out he shouted his name Cole.. I spent 30 dollar is gas and 4 hrs of my day Stay away from here......

very satisfied with the salesman and dealership

We were very satisfied with the salesman and dealership. The car I was looking for was on the lot. Was able to test drive it and they offered a trade-in value quickly. Everyone there welcomed us and made us feel comfortable. Will do more business there.

Shady business

Do not purchase a vehicle here they lie about pricing. Bait and switch constantly they even messed up a recent service repair causing our vehicle to become undrivable and the service manager took no accountability for the issue what so ever. Will be reaching out to corporate and hiring a lawyer because they messed my car up and did some shady repairs on it when i called them out on it. Trying to CYA wont work. So anyone reading up on whether or ot they should go here to buy a car just dont do it. Dont walk RUN! AWAY from this dealership

Great Experience

We have purchased a lot of vehicles through the years. This was by far the best experience with a car dealership we have ever had. A special thank you to our salesperson, Manny, he was super friendly, honest, and very knowledgeable.

Apparently they didn't listen

Looking for a 4x4 and they actually called me and asked why I didn't want a 4x2 instead. When a customer tells you what they want is really need to question it?

Truck Service

Pretty good service and fast service, excellent customer service

Really dissatisfied

Took my car in for simple thermostat replacement. Total charge was ridiculous. The service writer was the only positive point with my visit, she was very helpful. I was charged1.5 hours labor, almost way overcharged for parts, and wasn't at all comfortable with the knowledge of the repair tech. When I saw the part charge, I went to parts and asked the price as if I was just buying one, WOW. This was corrected, still too high, but what if i hadn't noticed and questioned??? This is why going to a dealer for repairs is usually the last resort.

Excellent sales and service

Best car buying experience ever. They took my needs in a vehicle and wants as well to figure out which vehicle to buy. My salesman Miguel was very funny didn’t pressure me at all and answered every question that I could ask. The facilities are immaculate and of course everyone was in a good mood. Definitely the best that Salisbury has to offer. Steer clear of the others!!!
