We had a wonderful experience at MotorCars. The dealership/showroom are clean and beautiful. Vehicles are priced fairly. Each person that we worked with was professional and kind, including the owner. He heard our daughter say that she was hungry while we were waiting and had a pizza delivered! You do not often find customer service like that. Our salesman, Lovell, was wonderful also. Very quick response times. We weren’t able to wait for our vehicle while it was finishing getting ready for us, so they delivered it to our home (an hour away) the next morning. Would highly recommend!

Purchased a used vehicle without test driving the vehicle. Long story short first light I see on the dashboard is BRAKE PADS! Call the salesman he tells me he had no clue, not to mention he just drove it to put a quarter tank of gas in it because it was empty. My fault as well for not test driving the vehicle but I sure didn’t plan on spending money on a freshly purchased vehicle. Oh and I’m still waiting for the salesman to get back with me on the brakes a month later.

I live in Battle Creek, MI., and have been working mandatory overtime for the past several months. I found the Buick I purchased on-line at Motorcars. Since I did not have time to drive to Lansing to look at the car, the car was driven to my home in Battle Creek for inspection. I bought the car after a test drive. In addition, the front breaks needed to be replaced afterward. The Buick was picked up by the dealership, driven back to Lansing and delivered after the breaks were replaced. Excellent Service!! And, very nice salespeople. I will be back!!
