He went above and beyond to give me a wonderful experience - he sent me pictures, Carfax and imperfections of the vehicle even before I arrived. As a customer, this transparency was the key in building trust. He picked me up from the airport, quickly sorted out all the paperwork since I was in a hurry. He pointed out dings on the body and ensured that they were fixed when the keys were handed over. I was completely happy and satisfied to drive back home with a full tank of gas. The service department lacks knowledgeable and customer oriented staff. When ever I called it was as if I was a bother. Before dropping my car off, I was told by 2 different employees that they would help me get a rental car thru them at their cost. I have that information in a text. When I dropped my car off I was told they do nothing of the sorts. End of discussion. My car has been there 32 days. It took 26 days to figure out and get approved a new transmission. Then the auto workers strike happened and I am told I need to sit and wait til it's over. That car is my only vehicle and I live 30 minutes from nearest store. No loaner.no nothing! They do not care about customers at all.
