Outstanding Service from Advisor Zachary Rupert I’ve had the pleasure of working with Zachary Rupert as my service advisor for several years now, and I can't speak highly enough of his professionalism and dedication. I first began taking my 2008 Honda CR-V to him after relocating to St. Petersburg, FL in 2011. That vehicle served me well for nearly 200,000 miles, thanks in large part to the excellent service and guidance Zack provided over the years. Now, with my 2018 Honda Accord Sedan, I continue to rely on Zack’s expertise. He consistently demonstrates a courteous, knowledgeable, and helpful approach that makes every visit to the service center a smooth experience. My daughter, who drives a Honda Passport, also appreciates Zack's friendly and approachable manner — he truly makes each customer feel valued.
