I had the worst experience of buying a car at this dealership first of all i purchased the car on Saturday and because of some mechanical issues (They... weren't even aware of the problems) i have told it will be ready on Monday surely it wasn't it took them to Thursday the afternoon to make the car ready while they weren't even nice to explain why then there were two more issues that they were supposed to fix but again they haven't and they say they will speak with the manager and will notify me where and when those issues will be resolved it was March 28 of 2018 and i am still waiting to get the phone call but never heard back from them but the only sale person who was really carrying and concern was Mr. Thomas really did his best . So i wouldn't recommend to anyone to purchase a car from this dealership there is no such thing customer service and honesty at this place.
FRAUDSTER ALERT: Past saturday night we wasted our 4 hrs to these fraudsters. Read below for full story. We were there to buy a Mitsubishi outlander Phev.... Had done my research in advance and knew a lot on the car. Starting off the sales "guy" showed us a GT version and said that all cars were same. Because of my earlier research I knew outright that is not true. Even then "guy" was showing me a GT version for the price of regular version. But he was pleasant to work with so we continued. We started negotiating to buy the car. When asked what is the price to make a deal tonight we said a number which we were comfortable with. There was a lot of back and forth. We were ready to leave. But then the sales guy said they are getting an awesome lase deal and take a look. I did not want to lease so did not look into the calculation. The guy while going into the lease said you could buy it at a price which was in our ball park. We complied. He really hurried up saying it is getting late. It was only during the finance documents where we came to know the paperwork getting signed is for lease. The manager came and was mad at us saying that we were asking for a price that was not possible. He had a really bad look on his face. I got really pissed and just walked out.

This was our second time around and the buying process from looking, then driving and then purchasing didn't change from the first time that we purchased... our vehicles at Gladstone. Very Professional, didn't try to sell us something we didn't want.
Buying a car I thought was always difficult but at Gladstone it was not, in fact it was enjoyable. Everyone we met there was professional and friendly.... Our sales rep Chris could not have been better. He helped us through the entire process in a way that made my wife and I very relaxed. Chris is a good guy! I will recommend Gladstone in the future and I suggest Chris get paid double.
Great bunch of pros. They didn't screw around....got in, got my car at a great price, signed off and was out the door...as a very happy customer...it... was indeed an 'untypical' experience. I recommend them and give them 5 stars on everything. My sales consultant, Dave, went way beyond the call of duty to get me in the car I wanted, including picking me up in an ice storm to get to the dealership. Next time I'm in the market for a car, I'll be going to Gladstone!

Bought a Ram truck from Gladstone Mitsubishi. The salesman was very friendly and helpful answering my questions. The process took a while but I got a... good deal and everything was explain to me completely. I would definitely buy from this dealership again.
Working with Chase Payne was a great car buying experience. He wasn't pushy and didn't give me that feeling of uneasiness that you get at most dealerships.... I appreciate the respect he gave me during the entire time I was there making the decision to buy my car.
