Great place to buy your next car or truck thay help me

Great place to buy your next car or truck thay help me find the right Truck with a poor credit rating and even lower the price so I would be approved on top of that I had a paint flaking issue that showed up latter it was a factory defect no fault of the Dealership and it was fixed for me no charge and a ride during the fix time. So Thanks again I will definitely be a return customer.

Fast easy and comfortable.

Ron made us feel like family. He made our experience worth letting everyone know how comfortable ,fast and easy it was to get the vehicle we wanted. When it comes around to getting another vehicle in the future we will come back to him again. Thank you so much.

Having a great salesman made all the difference🤗

Ron Donaghy was my salesman. So friendly yet professional. Ron was honest and hopeful with me from our very first conversation. I purchased a Acadia SUV today and I absolutely love it!! I’m so grateful for the customer service I received from Ron. Thank you so much! Ron you’re the BEST!!

At best, misled. At worst, lied to.

Very disappointed. I found what I thought was my perfect car: purple with a sunroof, heated seats, and 5,000 miles on it. 1 accident reported, but no airbags deployed. The dealer had good ratings across the board. It was a bit more than I wanted to spend but it seemed worth it. So we drove the hour and a half to go see it. When we got there, they put us in the car almost as soon as we got there, and it did handle very well. When we got back and had a chance to actually inspect the car, I noticed two of the front panels near the driver side wheel looked like they were an 1/8th of an inch shifted, which is where the accident occurred. So we went in. We had to put the brakes on, since our associate was ready to sign paperwork. They seemed to be schmoozing us, as they told us how important their reputation was, how good of a standing they have in the community, how great the car was, how quickly they expected it to go (despite it being on CarGurus for 6 months), how little they were making on it, after agreeing to honor the CarGurus price (which they seemed to not know about until I pulled it up on my phone). When we finally got around to asking about the accident, they apparently pulled up the car report, and they told us it looked like the accident had happened at the auction where they bought it and that their best guess was it had happened while cars were being moved. We were told no body work or replacements had been done. Okay great. Decided to sleep on it, since it was still more than I had hoped to spend on a car. Thank God I did. The next day, I was actually in process of purchasing the car, but it didn’t quite sit right that the accident had been reported at all, if it had happened on private property like they said. And luckily I was able to pull the police report. Come to find out, the car had been sideswiped by a van at an intersection. The driver complained of possible injuries. There was no way work hadn’t been done. After all their emphasis on their reputation, I was pretty upset. At best they had made up a story since they didn’t have any information, at worst they lied. When I called, the associate I’d been working with wasn’t in, so I spoke to someone else about my disappointment in their conduct and that I was no longer buying the car. I was told how shocked they were, was given a myriad of excuses and was told they would relay the situation to their boss and the associate who had been helping us and that they would call me back. The next communication I received was the purchase agreement. When I called my associate back, no one had relayed the situation to him. Now, you can make the argument, and they certainly do, that they didn’t have all the information in the police report, they can only go off what they’ve been told, etc. It’s up to you to decide how culpable you think the dealer is for all of this, but I am severely disappointed with how this entire situation has been handled. I will not consider cars sold by this dealer.

Ron Donaghy

If the phrases nothing is perfect and it's not about the destination but the journey are true, then that describes my car buying experience with Victory Motors. I was purchasing a new used car. There will be flaws and imperfections. Nothing is perfect. I went to the Chesterfield location and worked with Ron Donaghy. The paperwork went quickly. Ron showed me the car and let me test drive it. I made the purchase and was on my way. A few days later I had noticed some issues that were not apparent to me at the time of purchase. I called Ron and explained to him my issues. He had me bring the car back in. I was very disappointed. Mostly in myself for not noticing at the time of purchase. Also, for the amount of money I was spending there shouldn't have been these types of problems. So, as for the journey. Ron was there with me for the journey. He really went the extra mile to help me and try to make things right. He is a good man and a good salesman. He cares about his job and the people he is selling cars to and it shows. The issues have been resolved and I can now begin enjoying my new used car.
