Brought car (2025 Forester 16k miles) in for scheduled appointment for service for broken AC. I waited 2 1/2 hours to be told they found cause but cannot get part (back ordered). What a waste of time.

Smooth visit. Easy check in, beautiful waiting area, huge improvement from previous dealership. Today was just an oil change, I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. Clean waiting area a plus.

Service intake was very nice and professional. Waiting there for my car, was also very nice air conditioned, big screen tv, snacks , soft drinks etc.
