Brought car (2025 Forester 16k miles) in for scheduled

Brought car (2025 Forester 16k miles) in for scheduled appointment for service for broken AC. I waited 2 1/2 hours to be told they found cause but cannot get part (back ordered). What a waste of time.

Smooth visit.

Smooth visit. Easy check in, beautiful waiting area, huge improvement from previous dealership. Today was just an oil change, I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. Clean waiting area a plus.

Service intake was very nice and professional.

Service intake was very nice and professional. Waiting there for my car, was also very nice air conditioned, big screen tv, snacks , soft drinks etc.

The service department is a Very clean place, the staff is very friendly , the mechanic specialist is very knowledgeable and very experienced.,they provide a replacement vehicle, while yours is being worked on. Great experience

The technical advisor was excellent.

The technical advisor was excellent. She kept well informed The service took 3 days. The part needed had to ordered. Other than the part delay the overall experience was good

When I arrived for my appointment there was no one to greet me, I went over to Customer Service and everyone was on the phone, I finally found someone to help me. Waited 4 hours for an oil change. Customer service reps were responsive.
