Luisa was amazing, amazing, amazing. The whole crew made us feel so taken care of, especially when the tow truck driver “lost” our keys. He said he put them in the car and actually never dropped them off. Luisa was compassionate and kind the whole way through. Her communication with me was top notch.

I had a great experience when buying the car but unfortunately the customer service woman I spoke with this morning was extremely rude, unprofessional, and condescending. I tried to call back to speak to someone else and continue to let the phone ring and ring.
