I have to give the Dealership a one star this time and

I have to give the Dealership a one star this time and this is because I cannot give 0 stars. I contacted the Dealership on Monday and spoke to a woman called Kimberly. I made an appointment at 6:30 PM to see a 2026 Sequoia Limited. I intended to trade in vehicle for it and my plan was to buy it for my wife. This lady told me she would send me a text around 4:00pm to make sure I was not waisting my time that day coming to the dealer. She did not, so I went to the dealership and could not find her or the SUV. Someone took care of talking to me and apologizing for her. I asked to see the vehicle and was told a GM took it home. Who does that? Is the only one of its kind that people can see and purchase, they should have left it. So yes, she made me waste my time. To this date not even an apology from her for making me drive from Raeford to the dealership. I have purchased 6 of my cars from there. They lost a customer.

Wanted to give a huge thank you to Brandon Shields. He honestly was nothing short of incredible. From his time, patience and being beyond kind to me. I bought. ‘25 Tucson Blue from Rick Case in Florida and it’s been nothing but a nightmare. He took all my fears and reassured me this time wouldn’t be the same. Being a real estate broker myself, and in sales, I’d recommend him any day! Gentleman, kind, fun and understanding! Huge thank you to Brandon for excellence in customer service and making me feel at ease!

Pinehurst advertised a car as "New" specifically stating

Pinehurst advertised a car as "New" specifically stating milage at 21 miles. They wasted a lot of my time back and forth on phone, text and email regarding info on myself, their car and my trade-in, never fully answering my questions. Finally they told me the car actually had nearly $3,000 miles on it.

James S was tenacious in help locating problem with my Hyundai and working with the technicians. Even though part was back ordered, through no fault of Toyota, James kept me updated. Jeff, in rental, was very competent. Wonderful to work with, had contacts ready to go for each month.

Hands down the best service center!

Hands down the best service center! Josh C. kept me informed every step of the way. I’m extremely happy with the service they performed on my Tucson. Highly recommend this service center! I went from an absolute nightmare at the Toyota dealership in Fayetteville to this well oiled machine. My vehicle was ready in record time and the hours are super convenient. Save a headache and call them first!

Took 2017 BMW X5 in for routine oil change.

Took 2017 BMW X5 in for routine oil change. Had to return to dealership twice after service. First, about 15 miles after leaving dealership the oil light came on and vehicle oil status showed 1 quart low. Returned to dealership. Service department stated they could not find evidence of low oil or a leak. The next morning there was a significant amount of oil on my garage floor directly under the oil plug. Returned to dealership. The old plug and seal had been used for the initial oil change. This time they found the old plug and seal were leaking, and used a new plug and seal with this second oil change. It is unlikely the oil plug and seal failed between the first oil change and the next morning when oil was found on my garage floor (which is now a permanent stain), which leads me to believe the service department mechanic who did the initial oil change was not thorough in the final check before releasing the car back to the customer. It's important to note the service department manager was very responsive handling the situation. But I will not be returning to this dealership for any service work.

Did not end up buying a car, but NO FAULT of the

Did not end up buying a car, but NO FAULT of the dealership. Tyler was extremely accommodating. Especially with all the needs I had and with credit issues and with negative equity on my trade-in. When I am in a position to move forward with a car purchase I will go no where else to buy my next car. Hillary, the finance manager was unbelievable, he knew I had a lot going on, walked around in the lot with me trying to find a vehicle that met my specifications that would also work financially. Everyone I encountered at this dealership was friendly and welcoming.
