If I could give them a zero, I would. We drove from Charlotte to this dealership to purchase the vehicle that we communicated with all day long on yesterday about just to arrive and be told they had just sold it to someone else. I failed to mention they called at 1009 this morning to confirm I was still coming. I told the young lady, yes, we will be there at 1100. They sent a text at 1018 and I confirmed there as well. Upon arrival, we see a salesperson in the driver's seat of the vehicle. my husband asked about the vehicle and was told it just sold. I called and Jessica walked over to speak to me. What a total waste of energy...spoke to Chris Cummingham via telephone...useless...spoke to Ryan...he listened and got Mark who was the GM...Mark offered to make me a sweet deal on something else...problem was I only wanted the Acura...he started with the excuses of vehicle inventory being low...blah blah...not my issue! He claimed he would find out who called me to verify I was still on the way...I don't believe him. He didn't really seem interested. They are terrible and I would not advise anyone to do business with them. Go someplace else!
False advertising and unprofessional
Lost time and money dealing with them. They advertised a truck just to change the price after we started negotiating and posted pictures and description with accessories that were removed after the fact. They also added bogus fees like paint protection and crazy high documentation fees. I paid an inspection on a truck expecting a price announced and accessories on description that turned out not to be true. Stay away
This weekend Brandon Shields sold me a car. I can truly say that was the best car buying experience I've ever had. He was honest and up front from the beginning and that's what you expect. He told me something that will stick with me forever, and that's buying a car should be a great experience. I can say he's right and it was !!! I will truly tell my famiyl and friends to go and buy a vehicle from Brandon Shields !!!! Thank you
Bait and switch
Buyer beware! Total bait and switch. I spoke to Cathleen Sullivan at the time my truck was with the mechanics for an inspection. I was offered $18,000 for my truck and turned it down. 2 months and 800 miles on my truck later, I went to see Cathleen. She passed my truck off to be looked at and the new offer was $15,300. I asked why the difference in price and was told if I bought a vehicle from them they would give me more money. Think what you want however this is a bait and switch. I showed Cathleen and her manager the text on my phone from Cathleen saying $18,000 cash 💰. Yes she put the money bag too. Stay away from Toyota of Pinehurst! It’s a nice looking building however it’s a scam! Do not do business here, ever!

I did not purchase, however Brandon Shields in Sales was exceptionally helpful and went above and beyond to ensure me and my family were taken care of. I would highly recomend this dealership and me and my family are quite impressed with the overall service.

Went looking for a replacement vehicle. Jared was very patient and helpful. The purchasing process was straight forward without a lot of bs. Jared also helped with the new technology setup after the sale. Would absolutely recommend.

My husband and I purchased a new 2020 Toyota Highlander. Our salesman, Brandon Shields, was excellent. The sales manager and finance manager were all outstanding.
