Have been dealing with this dealership since 2011, both sales and service, and it has always been very good. People are friendly and I have not experienced the pressure I have experienced at other dealers to do extra, maybe un-needed work.

Love the service write up team, they are always very professional, my issue is with the Mercedes pre-paid service , you are never left with any type of service report on the safety check, i.e. tire wear, brake pad life left ect. All dealers do this, but this one never has!!!!

This was my first time bringing my car in for service, the representative was very knowledgeable and helpful and most importantly made me feel like I wasn't going to be taken for a ride! I definitely will be bringing my car back for service Thanks Dwight McEwen

Friendly and professional dealership. Edward Richer made our car buying experience an absolute pleasure. We were looking for a certified used SUV and ended up purchasing a new one for a fair price. Ed even secured excellent financing. Robert Lisi helped us with technical issues like setting up the phone explaining all the buttons etc. We highly recommend this dealership.

I purchased a CPO E series and it was our best car buying experience ever. Ruben and Jordan made the process easy and efficient. We arrived late and they had everything ready. The car is awesome and a great value. This dealership gets it- they are customer focused and highly professional. Easily the best dealership I’ve ever worked with and I’ve purchased many cars in my lifetime. They all stayed past closing to ensure we were taken care of and the delivery concierge was knowledgeable and patient. These guys were awesome. A really good group that deliver good value to the customer. I will definitely be a return customer.

This dealer is always good about doing great service. We have been customers since 2004. Our service representative, Linda, is knowledgable, professional, friendly and a real credit to the dealership. I am always contacted if there are suggested repairs not identified by us but found by the techs doing the work. The call gives us the opportunity to give the go ahead or to wait. I would defintely recommend Mercedes-Benz of Princeton for both sales and service.

The salesmen we worked with were very good at all aspects. In only 3 hours we test drove the car. Arranged financing and set up insurance. After a thorough lesson on the car we left with the car.

When I called in with a question, I was transferred to Alex and within 10 minutes he got back to me with the answer. He worked with me to schedule a time to visit and subsequently, a time to close the transaction in early evening. Alex was efficient, polite and organized. Richard was detailed and patient. The experience was above expectations, and thus, I rate it an excellent. I did not work with Arno Orsini. Gary was also very pleasant and we had much in common.

Always a pleasure dealing w MB of Princeton. It was unfortunate I had to wait 2 yrs for air bag replacement but not fault of dealership. Looking forward to purchasing certified C300 soon.
