We purchased a used vehicle that was not road safe, which we found out after the motor literally was falling out. They refused to replace or refund our money. Guess that's why it's called law auto cause legally they had the upper hand, but morally they earned no stars!!!

After Rich closed the deal, Vince did a final inspection of the car and discovered the car was running warm. Vince said he would take care of any problem the next day when his mechanic would be in and would then deliver the car to our home, which is 2 hours away. On our way to visit the dealership we had discovered that our brake lights weren't working. A fuse replacement did not fix the problem. We deemed our old vehicle unsafe to drive home. When Vince discovered our problem, he offered to fix our old vehicle at no charge the next day when his mechanic was in if the repair was a simple one, then deliver the old vehicle to our home. He offered that we could drive our purchased vehicle home. We could then have the purchased vehicle inspected by a mechanic and have any problem fixed at his expense. No major problem was discovered. Vince personally delivered our old vehicle to our home with the brake lights repaired. Vince did not submit a bill for his services.

I was looking for a good car to commute back and forth to work and I finally found a car that I liked, and Brad Law was quick to contact me and two weeks later my dream car was mine.

We had a great buying experience at Law Auto Sales in Wayne, Michigan. We called on a Saturday about the vehicle we saw listed online, and Brad helped us out. He had the car ready for us when we arrived including having the air conditioner running so it was nice and cool on a hot summer day. Brad stayed late to make sure we had a good experience including the test drive, answering all of our questions, and when we were ready to purchase the vehicle that day. I can't say enough about his customer service; we felt like VIPs and that he truly valued our business.

What more could one ask for from a car dealer: one that has been in business for over 75 years, a service department staffed by knowledgeable mechanics that has inspected and serviced as needed the cars they sell along with salesmen who advise you with your best interest in consideration. My dealings with Law Auto have been nothing but fair and honest. They are truly a trustworthy auto facility.
