Aazing people, Amazing purchase!!!
I just want to say thank you to Joe, Dan, Fran and Florence, they are by far a wonderful caring group of people. I am a sigle mom and i have had some credit trouble in the past, so with limited income and not a great trade, joe and dan were able to get me into a great jeep liberty that i am proud to show off to my friends. I had tons of questions about brakes and tires, ect and they were all answered. And even though the brakes would have just pasted inspection Joe had them replaced so i wouldnt have to put any money out for a while on repairs for my jeep, any other dealer would have said they were fine and put the added expense on me. They truely do care about their customers. I plan on buying my next suv from them in a couple years!!!!

I found Ride Samrt Auto online while shopping for a used car. I called and spoke with Joe very nice down to earth and not pushy. He told me about a 2005 Hyundai Tucson that he had fresh on the lot, clean and well maintained with a good price tag to boot. I just had to see it for myself, it was everything Joe said and more. AUDI A4
I bought an 04 Audi A4 from here, nice car, but i had gotten home and wanted some background info on some routine maintenence, so i would not re-do something that might have already been done, i asked Joe for this, and he said he would get back to me, well Joe it has been 2 months now and you still have not gotten back to me. WHY? Mabye its because you sold me a car that you KNEW had a bad transmission, and now i realize why you were so willing to give me the extended warranty for such a cheap price, SO YOU WOULDNT HAVE TO REPAIR IT!! DO NOT TRUST THESE GUYS!My car was to have been "just serviced" Really? What about the codes stored in the ECU? failed to mention that didnt you, JOE? Its ok, JOE, that 3900.00 didnt come out of your pocket

We are sorry to hear about the problems you are experiencing with your 2004 Audi A4. We are not in business to harm anybody. This is a used car that had nearly 95,000 miles on it at the time of purchase. We always make every reasonable effort to be sure our cars are checked out and fully inspected before they are sold. We had no way of knowing there would be a transmission issue, especially since this car is Pennsylvania inspected and the woman who traded it to us drove it 6 hours from Massachusetts to get here. We did offer a discounted extended warranty due to the high miles, and as we understand it, the warranty company is covering the transmission, minus any deductible. We are always receptive to talking with you and we do want everything to go well for you, now and in the future.
Excellent Customer Service
Joe was excellent to work with. Very honest and easy to work with. He called back everytime he said he would during the negotiation process. Once we reached an agreement in principle to purchase the vehicle, Joe offered to come in early on a Saturday so we could get on the road and get back to Knoxville at a reasonable offer. Once we test drove the vehicle, we decided to make the purchase. We were in and out of the dealership in 15 minutes. A+++++

Professional, Honest & Knowledgeable Staff
My wife and I were looking for a great deal on a used car without a bunch of hassle and fast talk. We found Joe and his helpful staff easy to work with and very helpful. Easy Purchse
Usually the car buying process is a grueling one for me. I recently purchased a convertible with an difficult-to-find color combo from Ride Smart. My experience with this dealership was much easier and more straight forward than other dealerships I've encountered.

Great Dealership
My husband and I just bought a car for our daughter from RideSmart. We found the car online and drove right over with our daughter to see it. From the time we arrived Fran, Dan and Joe were great.
