Very professional dealerships. Highly recommend Pat. Very friendly and extremely helpful with my car. M2 brakes squeal, he kindly have the technicians clean and grease the brakes to take away the squealing sound.

My car was at the service center for two+ days due to
My car was at the service center for two+ days due to multiple instances of poor communication. One of the reasons my car was serviced is not rectified. My car was brought in for two recall issues and weak headlights. The two recall issues were fixed the first day. My service coordinator John Manno recommended the headlight casings be buffed and sanded and headlights examined to make sure they worked. He confirmed the lights worked and recommended sanding/buffing, which could be done the next day. The next day I called and was told John thought he’d called the day before to tell me the car was ready (he hadn’t) and said he now recommended the casings be replaced entirely, which couldn’t be done until next week. Before Ubering back I called to confirm they’d be open until 7pm since it says 6pm online. A woman (possibly Kim?) confirmed. When I arrived at 6:35pm on Friday, Kurt told me the service center was closed and he couldn’t help. We waited outside (not invited to wait inside) with my infant daughter for an Uber, and I had to call BMW three times to get an Uber Saturday morning to finally pick my car up.
