Adam is just a really nice man.

Adam is just a really nice man. There was absolutely no pressure. The transaction wasn’t the least bit stressful. They didn’t have the car I wanted in stock so they got it in on a dealer trade. I made one trip to the dealership, signed all of the paperwork, and drove home in the new car in less than an hour and a half.

They talked me out of service I didn't need but had scheduled, so I appreciate that! Very friendly, kept me informed with both the standard text updates and video walk through. He also came into the waiting room several times to personally give me updates.

It was excellent.

It was excellent. Austin was very friendly, helpful, and determined to do whatever it took to get me into the vehicle I wanted. He was kind, thoughtful, and not overly pushy like many other salespeople. I’ll definitely recommend Austin to anyone interested in purchasing a Mazda.
