Excellent

Chris was excellent. He patiently listened to our concerns and questions and took care of it all. At the end explained some of the working stuff on the display and when we brought up "one more' item", he took care of it immediately. Responsive and professional, it was a pleasure being served by him.

Marcus is the man!!!!

Marcus is my "go to guy" when I come in for service. Nice guy. So far, I've been very satisfied with my experience at LHM for both sales and service. If things change.. I'll let you know. But, right now.. they get 3 thumbs up! :)

Mr. Customer

My visit was for oil change, tire rotation and safety inspection. The items were completed with a print out stating work performed and parameters measured. The visit took less time than estimated and a wash was included in my plan. The experience was professional in every detail.

Excellent service

Next day service for a warranty item, very quickly done even washed the muddy Jeep. Trent is a great service advisor.

Good visit all around

I was greeted by a fun gentleman who escorted me to Santos. I told Santos we needed the 20,000 mile checkup and he told me the prices and the timeframe required and offered the courtesy car wash. The waiting area has comfortable chairs and small tables where I could do some work. I liked getting asked to pay the bill while the car was being washed so I could jump in and go when it was ready. Good visit all around.
